We enjoyed but there some place to improve!
Pros:

Restaurant and bed confort!

Cons:

No jaccusi and reception lady was grumpy when i pay in couns !! She was very rude !!
Bar food is not great at all!!

Die Möglichkeit am Anreisetag bereits den SPA Bereich Vormittags nutzen zu können. Das Mittagsbuffet war auch sehr gut.

Es fehlt vielleicht ein Kinder-Bereich besonders beim Pool.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay. Hotel is a traditional Austrian looking on the outside and so warm and cosy inside. Dinners were absolutely amazing with multiple courses and every single one prepared to perfection. We came for skiing in Stuhleck so bit of a drive but we were always looking forward to come back in the evening. Staff is lovely too.
