Pros:

We stayed in a family suite on the main level with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The suite was awesome, very nice set up with a full kitchen. Awesome patio with great views. The hotel also has ski room where you can leave all of your equipment safe inside the hotel and dry your boots. Outside parking with electric charger for our plug-in vehicle was free. There is also underground garage parking. The pool was awesome but i wish the water was warmer for the kids, they said it was heated to 32C but there was no way that was 32C. The SPA with sauna and steam room and cold shower was very nice, they had extra towels and lemon-mint water available. There is also a kids play area in the hotel which was awesome. We didnt chose to have breakfast but it looked good. you can also walk into the breakfast area 24 hours and get drinks or snacks and just charge it to your room. Location was also awesome just 3 min drive to the ski area and 5 min walking to the train station and the downtown area. There is also a grocery/market near buy. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't offer any cleaning of the family suite we stayed at. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family suite on the main level which was awesome, but they don't come in to clean it. We stayed 7 days and they even leave you anything to clean such as a vacuum or a broom. We were with kids so we had to clean the floor by hand during the 7 days. Also you only get one set of towels and robes for the whole set, if you want to use more then one towel in 7 days, or more than one towel during your stay you have to pay 10 euros which is crazy, i have never heard of that.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und optional Eierspeisen auf Bestellung, Kaffees aus Vollautomat okay, gute Auswahl an Säften und Minzwasser
Kleiner aber feiner Spa-Bereich, einzig die Ruheliegen neben dem Pool sind unruhig, wenn Pool in Benutzung, Ski- und Schuhtrockenraum, Getränke und Kaffee am Nachmittag auf Vertrauenskasse. Sehr freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer und Gesamteindruck

úžasné; lokalita skvělá; usměvavý, vlídný personál, pro který nic není problém; snídaně bohatá, vybral si opravdu každý; vybavení (bazén, fitnes, dětská herna,lyžárna, sauna) výborné

Cons:

chybí možnost usušit mokré věci po lyžování, koupelnový žebřík nebo sušák ( děti jsou vážně nevyzpytatelné)
