Ellinon Thea Boutique Hotel

Airport shuttle was super convenient, staff was fantastic and breakfast was perfect with variety.

The photos for the property were very deceiving. We got a room with the hot tub on our balcony ( the plung pool is not chilled). We were thinking we were right on the cliff but you are actually on a walkway and everyone walking by can see you. My kids didn’t even want to get in the water because of all the people. Also people walking by can see right into our room.

But we loved the food around the hotel.

I do not recommend this place.

The hotel was in a great location. Just an easy walk to Fira’s main bus hub where you can easily get to all the major points of the island. The hotel is at the top so easy to get to by car and walking. Tania was awesome, helped us book a boat tour to the volcano and hot spring. Also getting a nice breakfast to start the day was a major plus.

The plunge pool/jacuzzi was great. You get to see the sunset in the comfort of the room. At first, I thought no privacy on the pool because it was by the street, but I think it was a great people watching experience. Breakfast service was deliver to your room and your preferred time. Tania the front receptionist was very helpful with great tips on where to go. There is an adorable dog in the property. You can walk to Fira 15 mins with great views. Parking is easy to find and walking distance to the property.

This hotel has a great little bed and breakfast feel with amazing views. We absolutely loved it! It was perfect for our family of 4. It is located within walking distance to Fira (capital and bus station) as well as Imerovigli. Their breakfast in the morning delivered directly to our room was a bonus. We could sip our morning coffee and take in the gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in the "2 story apartment" and my only word of caution would be that the spiral staircase could potentially be a hazard for elderly people.

We had an incredible stay at The Ellinon Boutique Hotel in Santorini! Tania was especially helpful — always quick to respond on WhatsApp and eager to answer any questions we had.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully kept. We were initially surprised that it was located on a walking street, but that quickly turned into a plus — it was peaceful, and the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking.

The hot tub was a real treat, especially in the evenings when the air cooled down — the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight — both mornings featured different, delicious options, thoughtfully prepared and full of local flavor. We loved enjoying it out on the balcony with a coffee.

Compared to other parts of Santorini, this area felt much calmer and less crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique stay that balances comfort, beauty, and authentic Greek hospitality.

Everyone was welcoming and kind, specially those keeping our room clean and bringing our daily breakfast! Food was delicious and the view spectacular!!

Great location, sunset view, caldera view, close to restaurants and public transportation. Its not too busy like Oia. Breakfast is very good. Great value for money. Highly recommendes

Loved our stay here for four days! The location was perfect! Just far enough away from busy cruise ship traffic but still not terribly far to walk to as well. Loved our location! They staff were amazing! All of them! Even brave 😄 the dog. Oh goodness Dora was such a sweetheart. The breakfast on the deck every morning was spectacular. Nothing will ever beat that view! Ever! Thanks for everything. Would for sure stay there again!

The hostesses were very helpful - arranging car transfers from and to the airport, confirming custom daily times for breakfast delivery to our room, booking sunset catamaran tour, recommending restaurants close the hotel. Since we were leaving too early for the airport on our last day, she even packed some food for us the night before. George was also very nice. Thank you!

Very nice view and hostess.

We loved this property. The breakfast served every morning at the balcony with the amazing view. We would recommend to our friends. Dora was excellent. The only problem was slow drainage. Other than that we would come back again. Thank you.
