Breakfast was 7/10 oranges ran out (two) after first two days. Excellent service for bag collection by nice Albanian man to help with luggage to and from room to clearly instructed car rental address nearby. Dimitri at pool provided the beats and cocktails. Views to die for

We loved our stay! The pool was amazing with views and bar service. The hotel is also walkable to many restaurants and downtown.

Great location. Close to restaurants and Fira square for shopping! Views are stunning!! Pool was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as some, but I would still stay here again!!

Very basic room with a nice pool located in a great area. The breakfast was a total waste of money.

Amazing hotel with beyond amazing views. Perfect distance to the city of Fira, and just minutes away from a bus/taxi station to catch busses or taxis to other parts of the island. The staff at the hotel were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and balcony was really nice. The pool and the views from the pool were definitely the best part tho, and the pool bar service was great too! Would definitely recommend!

Great property! Great staff! Good buffet breakfast included. Epic views from everywhere on this property. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get onto street level so be prepared for that.. we didn’t mind that much since it was our only working out during our whole trip lol

Thank you for the helpful staff in this property. We had an excellent time in santorini because of this place. The place is close to the supermarket, rental car, restaurants .The cons of these place is the numerous steps since it is literally in the cliff. You have to have strong knees and extremities to be going up and down the steps. But otherwise the views are breathtaking! They have help to carry your luggages from the car/van to the hotel if you have arrange it with them ahead of time.I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels. It is located on the end of Fira, making it nice and quiet but easy to walk to the restaurants, the bus and different shops. The view from the super large patio and pool is breath taking. It's the place to stay.

This was our first time to Greece! We expected the stairs to be somewhat challenging, and they did not disappoint! The hotel breakfast was good with options to suite all of our tastes. The rooms were clean. The pool was FANTASTIC with epic views of the caldera. The staff was super helpful. Demetri (the pool guy) was very accommodating and chose excellent music for the pool vibe! The poolside food and drink service was more than we could have hoped for!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful location, close to shops, good breakfast. Clean room, amazing pool (DJ music was perfect). Loved everything! There are a few stairs to get down to your room but what is Santorini without doing some stairs :)

Excellent location but many steps from one room to another and more to the pool. It os expected to have steps in Santorino. The only complaint is that they close the pool at 9pm. By the time we arrive from the botel after the sunset and dinner it is closed. We never had the chance to use it. They should open the pool until 11pm in summer for their customers

An incredible experience, amazing staff, great rooms and bathrooms, prepare for stairs, but worth the climb!

Amazing views and great facilities. Staff were very friendly. The steps from the pool area to the trance are hard work if you are not fit. Overall very enjoyable stay

a stunning cliffside view.however if you have trouble climbing or descending many steps this is not the hotel for you. but absolutely gorgeous. Pool is nice too and breakfast a good spread.

The first impression was not good. We were told that someone would be up to help with our luggage. After waiting for over 10 minutes we started down the hill. Then a chaeck in, the clerk asked if we needed help getting the luggage down the stairs. I stated that i could get one, but if they could help with the other, that would be great. He informed me that he could get someone to assist in 10 minutes. I carried the luggage myself. When we went to our room, the hot tub didn't work and neither did the coffee maker. (Both of which were fixed the next day). The employees that give kudos to are Dimitri, the pool bar tender and the gentleman who carried our luggage out for us. If i had finished this rating on the first day, i would have rated it as poor. However, by the end of our stay, things were much improved.

Staff are wonderful. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and sites. Be advised though that there are many flights of stars. If you have any problems walking up and down, this is not the place for you.
