A pleasant stay
Pros:

The service was always friendly and the hot breakfasts were great. Filter coffee on point! Nice touch was that we could order hot chocolate for the kids. Free scones & tea every day was also a wonderful value add!
When we needed something the service was very prompt!

Cons:

The pastries & cereal area at breakfast is very cramped. No space to move around. The wifi signal upstairs in our apartment is non-existent even though we had someone come and check and say it was fine. It wasn't.

With good equipped accommodation, excellent location, very friendly staff = unforgettable stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Excellent location. Nice to have extra's - complimentary snacks and afternoon tea & scones.
Very helpful staff to make sure stay comfortable and & to make sure we have enough info to make our stay unforgettable.
