Really easy booking and super comfortable room with excellent service. Really helpful staff and very good breakfast. Do visit!

Booked a stay via Trailfinders in UK as part of our two week holiday in South Africa. The quality of service, accommodation, food, facilities and location were excellent in every way.

Should we visit South Africa again and wished to stay in her Hermanus we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The second time we have stayed here. Very central and great view of the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the afternoon tea and scones was a nice touch.

A nice Place to stay because its very central located, near to important places in Hermanus. The Romantic Rooms are very nice and near to the poolarea.

Great location on the waterfront. Friendly and efficient staff. Stayed for 3 nights as part of a golf tour. Only slight issue was the lack of air con. The fan provided was too noisy for us to use at night.

We stayed in the Harbour Square rooms for just one night. It wasn’t clear that you need to check in at the Harbour House hotel across the road. A passer by pointed us in the right direction.
Our room was quite small but extremely clean and comfy. Secure underground parking is provided. The breakfast was excellent. We were also provided with a complimentary drink on arrival plus tea and scones. Excellent touches that make a real difference. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is superbly positioned in the heart of the town overlooking the sea.

We were welcomed with a very friendly receptionist who checked us in. Booked a trip for us. Our room was gorgeous and comfiest bed and bathrobes. Beautiful view. Welcome drink. Afternoon tea and scones. Loved it. Thank you.

Lovely location, room, service and breakfast. Close to amenities. Altogether an excellent experience.

With a great location looking out over the ocean, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Hermanus. The quality of the rooms and service is very good and all areas are either easily accessible by walking or a short drive. Highly recommended.

We had a really bad service compared to other hotels in SA. the bathroom need some maintenance it’s not up to date. Breakfast was okay. But staff was unfriendly

We had a wonderful stay and best of all I was able to take my little Yorkie.

Wonderful position overlooking the Old Harbour. Especially lying at the pool and gazing out at the sea.

Great location, couldn't be better really. Breakfasts were decent fare, if not spectacular. Service all round was attentive. Beautiful terrace, garden, and pool overlooking the bay. The room was comfortable and modern, with all the necessaries. The bed was a bit short (but this is only a concern if you're 1.9m +).

Great position for coastal view plus the Garden front pool. Staff very attentive and the food quality was excellent.
Our Room 3 was lovely with a sea view balcony and hot tub. Lack of aircon in the Room effected sleep quality as the Free Standing fan was too noisy to use at night.
The afternoon cream tea was a lovely gesture.

Great location in the heart of Hermanus. Close to restaurants, market, cliff paths. ( a must do ) . There is parking at the hotel. The room was good although noisy ( other guests in corridor) and overlooked the car park which was disappointing. Bathroom had a bath and shower. Nespresso machine and kettle. Highlights were the complimentary freshly baked scone and tea on the terrace overlooking the sea when we arrived and a welcome cocktail which we had before going out to dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for a seaside getaway. Friendly and efficient staff. Harbour House Hermanus offers modern rooms in the new wing and The Manor house has a more cosy homely vintage feel. The breakfasts and meals at the Hotel restaurant were delicious, definitely a highlight. I can't wait for my next stay!

We stayed one night and really enjoyed it. The location couldn't be better and it was a pleasure to meet the manager and have a chat. We stayed in the building down the street which was no problem to us at all. Complimentary tea and scones were delicious.

Location, comfort, spaciousness, cleanliness and facilities were all delivered but more importantly they were enhanced by the strong level of service and constant smiles from the staff.

There are also added touches to ones stay at HH. The afternoon ritual of scones and tea was clearly very popular and it was no surprise to meet returning guests. We look forward to joining them!

Harbour House Hotel, in the best location in Hermanus, across a road overlooking the water and mountains, was a perfect end to our vacation. The Manager, Kevin Masson, is a constant presence and runs a tight ship. The accommodations were excellent. The staff were all professional, extremely friendly and helpful and pleased to help with any request. Breakfast is included, was delicious and served in an idyllic location. One could have a delicious lunch, also in the 'garden' and we had to drag ourselves away from the place to visit family. All in all - the hotel met and exceeded our expectations and I can not recommend it highly enough!!

Friendly staff and perfect location with sea views. Booking activities was easily done by the welcome staff. Good range for breakfast and enjoyable pool area.

We only got to stay here 1 night, but we will be back. The hotel is comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful and made our stay very special. We were able to explore the local area by foot due to the location of the hotel which makes life a lot easier than always having to jump in a car. If anyone is thinking of staying in Hermanus then this is the hotel for you!
