Fantastic
Pros:

So clean, staff were amazing and right in the middle of village

Cons:

The 1 bed apartments did not have black out blinds in living area where there were 2 sofa beds for my daughter to sleep

As soon as next years prices and booking goes on line, we are going back!
Pros:

Chilled vibe, lovely staff, boutique’esque’ feel to the whole place. Lovely pool with excellent furniture. Excellent apartment with fully equipped kitchenette and modern tasteful decor.

Cons:

Rock hard mattresses.
The ‘no sunbed reservation allowed’ policy being ignored and not upheld.

מקום מקסים ונעים ! מלון דירות מטופח מאוד, ויפיפה בכל הפינות שלו.

Pros:

De locatie was top. Handig dat naast de glow omhoog het parkeerterrein is, zou ik bij de omschrijving toevoegen want wij moesten behoorlijk zoeken. Het is heel mooi opgezet, als een dorpje.
Wanneer je weg gaat en je huisje al uit moet is er gelegenheid om te douchen, dit is beschikbaar.
Het zwembad is wel wat aan de kleine kant met de hoeveelheid mensen die er verblijven.
Het ontbijt is geweldig.

Cons:

Het handdoekje leggen van medetoeristen, er staat beschreven dat de handdoeken weg gehaald worden maar dit gebeurd niet in de praktijk.

Der Service, war perfekt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem hilfsbereit.
Mitarbeiter Vassilis, hat innerhalb von einer Stunde eine neue Herdplatte einbauen lassen und für diese Stunde einen Ersatzherd besorgt.
Top Service.
Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Frühstücksangebot hätte vielleicht umfangreicher sein, können deswegen haben wir es nur einmal wahrgenommen.

Location, location, location
Pros:

We loved the location it was very central. The pool area was very clean, we liked that there was also day beds aswell as sunbeds. The sunbeds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly.

Cons:

We chose to stay in the one bedroom apartment based off of the photos on the website. Upon arrival while we were given a one bedroom apartment it did differ from the photos and was quite dull. When this was mentioned to reception they informed us that the photo was of the newest apartment to be furnished.
While the hotel did provide a lot of lamps and spotlights it was a shame that these needed to be used during the day due to lack of natural light and very small windows.
The housekeeping could have been better. Bins and towels were changed every 2 days however the bed was only made twice in 10 days.
There was only one mirror in the apartment which was in the bathroom, would recommend a full length mirror elsewhere also.
The shower door was not flush with the seal so it leaked onto the bathroom floor if not monitored, the drain was also poor, each shower we had to turn it off halfway through in order for the water to drain and not overflow.

Pros:

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Appartements, die unterschiedlichen Terrassen, Frühstück war lecker, Personal sehr freundlich, Mietwagen wurde und auch über die Unterkunft gecheckt, Mega unkompliziert! Der Ort ist einfach nur entzückend, viele gute Tavernen, enge Gassen und ein paar Shops sowie kleine Supermärkte. Ebenfalls guter Ausgangspunkt für viele nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten

Cons:

Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden, wir waren nur 4 Nächte, darum nicht ganz so schlimm.

Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous, so classy yet traditional at the same time. They have nailed the feeling of being quaint and private.
It’s got a lovely peaceful atmosphere while still being very family friendly - they do gorgeous open air cinema nights once or twice a week, the staff are super friendly and the service is brilliant.
This year was our second time at the hotel and it really felt like a home away from home.

Family Stay in Koutouloufari
Pros:

Been here many times. Nice location and calm surroundings.

Cons:

Time has stood still in this place. Its supposed to be a upper level resort, but its not any more.
Refrigerator door was broken. We had the biggest roof terrace, but it had almost no shade.
