Pros:

The pool is beautiful and nice but the room wasn’t nice and not clean! I was disappointed from the room, its not like the pictures and doesn’t worth the price

Top Hotel in Koutouloufari! 10/10
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at KHVC with my 12 year old son this past October. As a Travel Agent, I had booked 2 clients into this hotel and they had nothing but positive comments and I can see why.

We were greeted by the lovely Ida and her staff - who were extremely attentive. Manolis was a true charmer and made sure we had a great room - it was so spacious, clean and the views were fantastic.

The hotel has a very cool ‘White Lotus’ vibe - the pool area is the best I’ve seen and this was our 7th time to Crete. Everything has been thought out carefully from the spacious sunbeds to the attentive staff who are so thoughtful and caring.

A bonus we loved? The outdoor cinema which shows a film every night!

Very central location
Pros:

We were very happy with the resort, the staff were excellent. The lady on reception was very helpful when we had a mix up with a taxi transfer, she organised a local driver at very short notice. Couldnt thank her enough.

Excellent resort

The villa is a wonderful cultural experience and the staff are very helpful. The villa is in a village with a lot of amenities and excellent restaurants.

Hidden gem! Es ist zauberhaft! Sehr individuelle Apartments mit Blick fürs Detail, tolle Lage für Koutouloufari, viele nette Restaurants ringsum. Dazu liebevolles Frühstück an der Poolbar.
Das belebte (und recht touristische) Chersonissos kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Fantastic location and amazing staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the town. The staff is amazing, informative, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. However, people with mobility issues should be aware there are lots of stairs to get to the units and amenities.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy!
Pros:

We loved the overall boutique feel and decor, it was stylish, rustic and very chic. The apartment was clean and will equipped. We loved how well maintained the grounds were, the place was so lush with greenery. The pool area was chilled, and very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and not over bearing either. It had so much charm and the location was perfect. We had a great time staying there, and would love to come back again one day.

Surprisingly busy but nice villaget
Pros:

Overall a very nice stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok. Only the sofa beds have a very very firm mattress. Also the master bedroom’s mattress is hard. And the room could use some wall hooks. Our bathroom was very small. No space for 2 people at once.
Therefore only 4/5 stars for the room.
The location is in the middle of the village. You step out of the lobby and you are in the one narrow and busy street with lots of shopping options, supermarkets and restaurants and bars.
