Parfait avec quelque détail à changer
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix incroyable, buffet variée et très bon, les chambres sont propre femme de chambre adorable, personnel de l’animation au top aussi

Cons:

Je trouve que le comportement du personnel des activités est parfois vraiment déplacé. Ils insistent beaucoup trop, même quand on dit clairement qu’on n’est pas intéressé. Ce manque de respect pour le choix des clients est assez dérangeant.

Le pire, c’est que lorsqu’ils savent que c’est notre dernier jour et qu’il n’y a plus rien à “vendre” ou à obtenir, leur attitude change complètement. Ils ne disent même plus bonjour, deviennent froids, et certains vont même jusqu’à lancer des regards désagréables.

Ce genre de comportement donne une très mauvaise image et gâche l’expérience globale. Un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme devrait être maintenu, peu importe la situation.

Quel séjour incroyable !
Pros:

Oh waouh, quel séjour ! Merci merci merci à toute l'équipe ! L'hôtel est propre, les animations sont géniales, les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons profité des massages, des terrains de tennis, des animations en soirée, le buffet est extra. Tout était parfait. Merci au personnel toujours aux petits soins.

Le hammam est à rénover :)

Pros:

Great hotel and location, rooms are very clean large Oled tv, internet is super fast those prefer to use tech, very large selection of fresh food daily, taxis is very cheap and location is great, sea is walking distance, definitely recommended this resort

Perfect stay! Absolutely recommend!
Pros:

- great atmosphere, unique culture, themes well coordinated.
- kind and attentive staff.
- perfect amenities: indoor pool, games,etc. The room was clean and comfortable, great bed and huge tv set.
- you feel relaxed and comfortable all the way.
- eco-friendly, which I found responsible and beautiful.
- kitchen is varied and delicious.
- management is great, we felt respected and cared for all along our stay.
- I have been to many 5 and 4 star hotels during the last couple of decades: this is the best experience I had in a Tunisian hotel. Iberostar never disappoints.

Great experience for first time in Djerba
Pros:

I'm currently staying at this lovely hotel. Being my first solo holiday, I was a little apprehensive about traveling alone. Those worries soon disappeared as soon as I arrived here. All of the staff are kind and welcoming, and always acknowledge guests with a smile. The food is extremely varied, well cooked and beautifully presented. I went to the pool bar to ask for a drink, but it had run out and I was asked to go to the indoor bar. I sat down and didn't think anything of it, and the next moment a waiter appeared with my drink. Staff work hard to make sure that you're happy and they're attentive of your needs. I would definitely come back here again 😊
