Todo estuvo fantástico las instalaciones la comida y fundamentalmente la atención de todo el personal que eso es muy importante lo recomiendo sinceramente

Cons:

L’ascenseur qui donne accès à notre chambre était non fonctionnel la plupart du temps. On était obligé de passer par les escaliers de secours qui étaient dans un états lamentable (des bouteilles d’eau jetées, des cables ..) En plus on avait un bébé et une poussette.
Le lit bébé fourni était troué de partout et pas vraiment propre
Oreillers inconfortables
On n’a pas eu de chance pour la plage, elle était remplie de méduses

Pros:

Un'ottima accoglienza e la disponibilità a risolvere qualsiasi problema velocemente. Un servizio continuo con grande disponibilità di cibo e bevande. L'animazione valida e sempre pronti ad inserirti nei vari gruppi. Saloni ampi e ben distribuiti per l'intrattenimento.

Cons:

La spiaggia andava più pulita anche se il personale era abbastanza disponibile

Bom relação preço-qualidade.
Pros:

A relação preço-qualidade, piscina e praia ótimas, comida ótima, têm sempre muito cuidado com a agua, o gelo é de agua filtrada.

Cons:

Podia ser mais limpo e a cama mais confortável. Apesar do staff ser muito simpático, houve um ou outro mais desagradável.

Pros:

Je trouve cet hotel très bien, bon rapport qualité prix, bon accueil, belle piscine, accès plage et activités. Niveau activités et installation, c'est un peu en dessous du Magic Tui qu'on a fait aussi cette année, en revanche pour l'accueil et le rapport qualité prix, je retournerai plutôt à l'Iberostar car on y est très bien.

Cons:

La nourriture n'a rien d'exceptionnelle, on mange bien et à volonté, mais c'est passable en qualité. Très sucré très gras. Le café (instantané uniquement !) est horrible ! Du jus de chaussette. La piscine est très agréable, les animatrices du club enfants aussi.
