Overall, the resort staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were a few disappointing issues during our stay.

The bed in our room was broken and unfortunately the staff were unable to fix it. We were offered another room in a different block, but this wasn’t practical as our children were staying in the room next door. We also found the beds generally quite uncomfortable.

The other disappointment was our experience at the gym. I completely understood when we were told that my boys and I could not train wearing sliders due to company policy. However, the following day we saw another guest using the treadmill in sandals while being attended to by the same member of staff. This felt inconsistent and unfair.

Most of the staff throughout the resort were welcoming and friendly, so hopefully the gym staff can provide the same friendly and consistent experience to all guests in future.

Le buffet peut être mieux sinon rien de mauvais vraiment à mentionner.

Κλείσαμε το δεύτερο καλύτερο δωμάτιο με βάση την τιμή. Μας έδωσαν στην αρχή λάθος δωμάτιο(το οποίο είχαν σβηστό τον κλιματισμό στους 45 βαθμούς) και αφού τακτοποιηθήκαμε και συνειδητοποιήσαμε το λάθος, μας το αλλάξανε μετά από κάποιες ώρες πηγαίνοντας μας στο σωστό! Οταν πήγαμε στο σωστό δωμάτιο, ο κλιματισμός ήταν παλιός και δεν δρόσιζε το δωμάτιο σχεδόν καθόλου, η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε και ήταν μικρότερη από το άλλο (φθηνότερο), ίντερνετ είχαμε μόνο στην τουαλέτα που ήταν δίπλα στην πόρτα, επίσης τα νερά ήταν παντού δωρεάν, αλλά ποτέ δεν έφερναν στο δωμάτιο μετά από κάθε πρωινό καθαρισμό! Στα εξωτερικά του δωματίου, επειδή είχαμε σουίτα και είμασταν σε ακριανό δωμάτιο, ο εναλλακτικός ανελκυστήρας τις πρώτες μέρες δεν δούλευε με αποτέλεσμα να ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε τον 4ο όροφο είτε με τις σκάλες κινδύνου είτε να περπατάμε το μισό ξενοδοχείο για να πάρουμε τον κεντρικό ανελκυστήρα! Συνοψίζοντας, δεν αξίζει σε καμία περίπτωση να κλείσετε στο συγκεκριμένο με τόσα χρήματα, ειδικά στα υποτιθέμενα καλύτερα τους δωμάτια!

Premesso che il Resort si presenta come un 4 stelle ma, in realtà, è un 2/3 stelle. Come già detto, i punti negativi sono molteplici e cercherò di essere sintetico.
- Pulizia inesistente: la pulizia, sia nelle aree comuni che nella camera è veramente imbarazzante perché, oltre la zona reception che si presenta pulita e ordinata degna da 4 stelle, non c'è cura e pulizia per il resto. Basti pensare che i camerieri, nel ristorante, sciacquano velocemente i bicchieri in un secchiello e altrettanto per le posate quando non hanno le stoviglie pronte per il ricambio ( capita costantemente - foto allegate). Vetri e porte talmente sporche che si ha quella fastidiosa sensazione di "appiccicoso" sulla mano.
- Ristorante : ripetitivo e non adatto agli italiani, soprattutto per i bambini non è previsto un menù.
Alcuni ospiti prelevano il cibo direttamente con le mani senza utilizzare l'apposita pinzetta.
In una circostanza, mi è capitato di vedere che un uomo cambiasse il pannolino al figlio direttamente sulla tavola, senza nessun controllo in sala.
- Piscina : la piscina non è sorvegliata anzi, il bagnino si vede solo alle 19 quando fischia per chiudere la piscina. Decisamente piccola rispetto alla disponibilità del Resort e spesso trovi bicchieri sul fondale perché, appunto è un pool bar, ed è sporca presentando residui di sabbia ed erba della vicina spiaggia e del prato antistante
- Camerieri: alcuni sono gentili e disponibili ma prevalentemente hanno preferenze per i propri nazionali
- Mare: spiaggia grande ma mare molto spesso sporco ed è una vera delusione perché ero andato soprattutto per godermi il mare.
Animazione : i ragazzi sono gentili ma poco organizzati, nel senso che hanno un programma molto ridotto. Una sera hanno organizzato Miss Resort ed era abbastanza imbarazzante come evento.

L’animation du soir, organisation aléatoire et peu de professionnalisme

Le seul point qui pourrait, à mon avis, être amélioré concerne l’animation. Elle nous a semblé assez répétitive et parfois insuffisante, notamment pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter davantage des activités et de l’ambiance de l’hôtel durant leur séjour. Une animation plus variée et plus dynamique apporterait certainement une valeur ajoutée à l’expérience.

Pendant notre séjour il y avait un assesseur en panne sur les 2 à disposition , mais on fait avec et il y avait des escaliers pour les courageux.
