Great staff, good food
Pros:

Food was very good, staff was excellent and very nice. Room with sea view was nice, but it was outdated and needed renovation

Cons:

Fitness center only worked from 9 to 1 and from 2 to 6. Hotel rooms need renovation.

Que j'ai passer un court séjour magnifique, je donne une bonne note car ka chambre était parfaitement propre ,confortable et la vue était magnifique et je remercie la réception pour avoir accepté ma demande pour une chambre vue jardin et piscine mais j'ai pu profiter d'une vue sur mer ,Iberostar c'est une belle chaîne d'hôtel je recommande vivement Aveores a Hammamet Bravo

Pros:

Les personnels sont gentils, souriant,
Restaurant est très bien, surtout les plats typiques Tunisie, nous l'avons beaucoup aimé

Cons:

Ça pourrait améliorer sur les portes de chambres, une n'est pas bien fermée, et les peinture abîmé.

Pros:

Établissement propre, extérieur agréable et bien tenu. Équipement vieillissant mais en cours de renouvellement (nous avons assister au déchargement de camions de meubles). Piscine chauffée très agréable.
L’emplacement n’est pas forcément un atout puisqu’il n’y a rien à faire à l’extérieur, l’abandon total, le port, Carthage land (qui a très mal vieilli) ..

Cons:

La nourriture, ultra répétitive et pas forcément de qualité. Le poulet sous toutes ses formes, au bout de 5 jours, ça use!!
Animation complètement à revoir!! Complètement absente pour les enfants. Nous avons même eu comme animation, un événement privé( ça semblait être la l’anniversaire de la petite fille du directeur ou quelque chose du genre) , juste lunaire!!

Perfect place for a short holiday

L'équipe est juste incroyable, merci à tous, que ce soit à l'accueil ou au bar tout le monde est super gentil et très serviable. Petite pensée à Kamel tellement un amour avec nous, il a pris soin de notre table tout notre séjour, avec de petites attentions tous les jours.
L'hotel est propre les chambres sont spacieuses

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir car on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
Nous avons reservé l'hotel en pensant que, comme annoncé il y aurait un spa et plusieurs restaurants, hors tout est en travaux😅 il n y a pas de spa, mais possibilité d aller dans les spas des autres hotels a proximité ( taxi offert bien évidement) et pour le resto il y a le buffet de l hotel qui peut suffire.
Nous y sommes allés hors saison alors l'hotel n etait pas tres animé mais on a pu bien se reposer au moins.
Le seche cheveux de ma chambre ne soufflait pas et dans la chambre de nos amis a cote la doucje n avait aucune pression ils ne pouvaient pas l'utiliser
À certains endroits il y avait des odeurs d'egouts un peu désagreables

Clean small and old school but well taken care of

Cons:

Separate beds, no water in the rooms , the TV was too small, toilet had no hose and the soap smelled stanky

Très belles vacances
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Tres bon hotel doté de tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Excellente animation et bonne bouffe. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Musique du soir un peu trop bruyante et se terminant un peu tard (vers 23h...) Toutefois, tout a été corrigé dès le lendemain.
