Trés bon séjour.
Pros:

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hotel .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre ,la piscine ,la plage. L'accueil est excellent .Le check in est très rapide et avec le sourire. La nourriture est délicieuse,abondante et variée. Le bar est sympathique. Le service dans la chambre est très efficace.

Do not recommend if looking for something nore upscale
Pros:

Hotel was willing to give us a refund after we decided to leave earlier than planned. Food was not spectacular, but decent.

Cons:

Tired, old structure badly in need of upgrade. Guests not very cultured. You do not get the sense of being pampered in an oasis. Rather, nothing luxurious at all; hostel-like atmosphere in parts. Do not recommend if you are looking for something slightly nore upscale.

Cons:

Ce qui m’a particulièrement surpris, c’est que j’avais demandé à la réception de me fournir une bouilloire électrique. Malgré l’urgence de mon besoin, le personnel n’a cessé de faire traîner les choses. À bout de patience, je les ai informés que, faute de réponse à ma demande, je serais contraint d’en acheter une moi-même. Finalement, n’ayant toujours pas obtenu la bouilloire demandée, j’ai effectivement dû l’acheter à mes propres frais.

Très beau séjour sur Hammamet
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de Yasmine Hammamet
Repas variés avec stand de cuisine locale délicieux du petit déjeuner au diner.
Le cadre du café berbère est magnifique et le thé à la menthe juste délicieux (mais à ne prendre que là;) )
Chambres spacieuses et matelas au top.
Personnel agréable

Cons:

Côté vieillissant de la salle de restauration et propreté entre 2 clients différents (nourriture restant sur les chaises)
Impossibilité de prolonger son séjour directement depuis l'hôtel sans être obligé de repasser par une plateforme
Manque de places de parking quand vous venez en voiture
Nous avions 2 chambres et la clim de l'une d'entre elle ne fonctionnait pas très bien

Good value stay for the price
Pros:

The location is good and the pool was great. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was nice, and we also enjoyed the evening entertainment.

Cons:

Overall, the resort staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were a few disappointing issues during our stay.

The bed in our room was broken and unfortunately the staff were unable to fix it. We were offered another room in a different block, but this wasn’t practical as our children were staying in the room next door. We also found the beds generally quite uncomfortable.

The other disappointment was our experience at the gym. I completely understood when we were told that my boys and I could not train wearing sliders due to company policy. However, the following day we saw another guest using the treadmill in sandals while being attended to by the same member of staff. This felt inconsistent and unfair.

Most of the staff throughout the resort were welcoming and friendly, so hopefully the gym staff can provide the same friendly and consistent experience to all guests in future.
