Pros:

Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel, on a apprécié la bonne organisation, la propreté de la chambre et la bienveillance du personnel qui étaient tous serviables et accueillants.
Nous vous remercions surtout pour le upgrade en une suite avec vue sur mer c'était vraiment génial et l'assiette de fruits était la cerise sur le gâteau.

Rilassante.
Pros:

Letti comodi, stanze pulite e spaziose. Vista mare spettacolare.
Per la maggior parte il personale e' gentile ma sono veramente in pochi a parlare italiano.
Bella piscina, la spiaggia dell'hotel e' bella e ben servita. Ci si arriva in pochi minuti, basta attraversare la strada.
Nel complesso mi sono rilassato e ne avevo di bisogno.

Cons:

L'animazione e' in inglese francese russo arabo. Vista la vicinanza con Italia, visto la numerosa presenza di italiani, mi aspettavo si parlasse in italiano. Ili cibo e' ok, non male ma dopo qualche gg ripetitivo e stancante, soprattutto considerando il costo che non definirei " a buon mercato".

I had a wonderful stay at Medina Solaria. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and everything was just as expected.

We really enjoyed our experience and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect, from the service to the cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Pros:

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Solaria Hammamet ! Un séjour en plein soleil tunisien, avec du confort et de la tranquillité.
La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une équipe de ménage très réactive et attentionnée.
Un grand merci également à Mohamed, maître-nageur à la plage, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité. Toujours disponible et prêt à préparer rapidement les transats avec beaucoup de gentillesse, même au-delà de ses horaires de travail officiels.
Côté restaurant, la nourriture était bonne et le personnel vraiment au top : accueillant, souriant et attentif.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance calme et le bon niveau de service tout au long du séjour. Une équipe qui prend également le temps de demander votre retour, de s’intéresser à votre satisfaction et surtout aux améliorations qui pourraient être proposées. Dédicace principalement à Samir pour cette attention.
Et pour finir, n’hésitez pas à demander un bon café crème, à la façon tunisienne, directement à Sofiane au bar ☕🇹🇳 une petite attention qui fait toujours plaisir !

- l' accueil par le guest relation service/ Samir à notre arrivée!
- la vue de nos chambres (merci pour l'upgrade!) et les chambres en elles mêmes!
- le choix et la qualité du buffet
- la propreté dans l’hôtel
- les piscines
- le fait de pouvoir changer de l' argent facilement et à un taux correct à la réception

Cons:

- le bruit la nuit coté rue
- le bruit en journée à la piscine (venant de l' hôtel à coté qui faisait des travaux)
- la propreté de la plage (et parfois les odeurs d' urine des chevaux venants du grand boulevard devant l' hôtel)
- le qu il n'y a pas un accès direct pour la plage (il faut sortir et traverser la rue -> mais c' était bien noté dans le descriptif et donc ce n' était pas une surprise)
