The hotel is Amazing like people working here for example entertainment Ilian. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The hotel is top-notch. There’s no way you’ll get bored.

The hotel was excellent, clean rooms, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. The entertainers were the best, especially Ilian, always smiling and making sure everyone had an amazing time.

second time at this hotel and again we can't fault it. The staff are amazing and always happy and friendly. The bar and restaurant staff are brilliant, always making sure you have everything you want and need. Then there is the Entertainment team..... OUTSTANDING. Rady, Joe, Ilyan and the team work so hard to make sure everyone has a good time day and night! Everyone works so hard at this place and it shows. We will defo come again!

Absolutely brilliant hotel! From the staff to the rooms, our experience here was amazing. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Très bon hôtel avec un accès direct à la plage.
Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique, en particulier Samir, qui nous a surclassés en nous offrant une suite avec une vue splendide sur la mer et un jacuzzi dans la chambre.
Le buffet est varié et change chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable.
Une très belle expérience à Hammamet dans cet hôtel.

Very welcoming hotel. We arrived 11am and although too early to check in our bags were taken from us, an All Inclusive band attached and we were taken to the bar for a drink and told as soon as room available they would find us. Short time later taken to 2nd floor sea view room. Room excellent, spacious, spotless, lovely view and large bathroom. We slept well with no interruptions. The main road was very quiet whilst we were there. I would suggest you bring your own hairdryer, the one in bathroom would not be suitable for anything other than very short or fine hair.
Beach had comfy sunbeds, a few hawkers but not lots of hassle, alas bar not open in April.
Pool very large, too cold to go in in April (didn't use indoor pool).

Great fun with Joe and Ilian from the animation team. Not pushy at all. Played Petangue (available twice per day) and did Archery a few times. Darts was over too quickly- not much fun.
Evening entertainment was as you would expect and fine for this type of holiday. Again Joe and Ilian made it.
Food was very good. Lots of choice, Tunisian specialities to Pizza, all well cooked, presented lovely, cakes were amazing if that's what you like. We did try Italian Restaurant in the hotel but was not the best meal for us. Nice to be waited on but felt the Italian choices in main restaurant were better.
Waiting staff and managers very friendly and took care of you. Hamet served us day1 and we choose to back to his area each day.
In fact all staff around the hotel very helpful and friendly.
Briefly went to spa area, quite large, small indoor pool and large changing area (used these on last day to freshen up and change as we had late flight).
The area around the hotel is ok for a stroll around. We had a beer in Medina but didn't eat out.
Draught lager was good, lots of spirts and liquers to choose from. Bar staff very good.
