C'etait ma premiére expérience dans cet hotel !J'ai tout aimé sans aucune exception, cuisine, animation, propreté et hygiéne,...! Dés le premier jour, on etait bien reçu et tout de suite pris en charge à la reception par une excellente équipe , je remerci surtout Samir de l'équipe reception pour son travail et son explication .

Well situated opposite the seafront. The hotel is quiet at this time of the year but it had entertaining activities.
The spa treatments are good. The indoor pool is nice.
The food is fresh and locally sourced.
The staff are very friendly.

I really liked the staff at the spa center and the service there. The view from the hotel is nice.

Animation team Joe/Zico fantastic and made the holiday very special. Also shout out to the waiters who handled food allergies brilliantly

Last night here. Animation team have been fabulous, full of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. Plenty going on. Mini golf, archery, pétanque. Joe, Willy, Mimi all so friendly & helpful. Special thank you to Ziko, geat chatter, spent alot of time with me as I was travelling solo. Had a lovely time!!

I have really enjoyed the hotel the food is good the day time and night time activities are good. I enjoyed the night time disco with willy dancing and Joe and ziko day time activities.

Very good experience with a good entertainment team Joe, Mimi, Zico, willy and chef Marco keeping us all entertained with dancing quizzing a good all round evenings entertainment. Food was also very good with a good variety. Rooms clean and well kept

I have never been to Tunisia before. It was my first experience. I have to say hotel is maintained and clean. Food is good. Staff is friendly especially entertaining team Ziko and his colleagues are making every day better. Great job guys 💪🙏👍. Hotel is close to main promenade and port I rented their boat as well and went to explore close areas.

Firstly on arrival at the hotel the reception guy was lovely, he upgraded our room to a sea view. Our room was very nice and clean with a digital safe, the only small issue was the balcony door was a bit difficult to close.

Almost everyone at the hotel are lovely, they are friendly and helpful, with the odd exception of a few behind the bar who can be a little miserable.

All the staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. The food is really good, last year I went to turkey and was ill, no problems here at all, I would recommend the food to anyone. They don’t tend to put spoons out which we found amusing but they will give you one if you ask.

The hotel is kept very clean with nice aromas as you wander around.

The animation team really made our stay, I can honestly say they are all fantastic, Rio, Mimi, Willy, Zeko and Joe, I know they get paid for entertaining guests but ive been to many hotels in the past where animation is very basic and don’t put much effort in, they really
Go above and beyond with all guests older and younger. On our first day Mimi showed us all around the hotel, which was a lovely thought. Some animation guys can flock around the younger ladies … not here … all guests are treated the same.

I’m sure everyone will like to hear about the WiFi … one of the first things I look for in reviews 😆 … we had WiFi all over the hotel, in our room, the indoor pool, restaurant …. On the odd occasion it dropped but came straight back.

I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The stay was great and the hotel is good the food is great and staff is very friendly like the whole animation team was great
like mimi and Rio and Willy and ziko they play games with you all day like archery, ping pong, balls, darts and more and do discos at night with the dj Jeo there are lots of shops near the hotel you can get designer bags for cheep and good beach the room is clean and bed is comfy.

Great 9 day holiday break for us. Family winter sun break. Fantastic range of food - something for everyone. Breakfast has range of items from hot and cold. Food is always very fresh daily and server staff really couldn't do more for you. Everyone is so friendly and so kind and very accommodating. Great facilities and the spa is fantastic. Great value for money all round.
Entertainment team are great fun. There's so many things to get involved in. Inside and outside activities galore. The team are always so chatty, always so kind and always so happy. Ziko always made time for us and always happy to sit and chat with us. His English is brilliant and he played games with us. Ziko always has a smile on his face and remembered our names every time. The team provide so much fun. We would be very happy to come back and visit Tunisia and stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday great.
