Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de cet hôtel pour le magnifique séjour que j’ai passé.
Un grand merci aux serveurs, toujours souriants et attentionnés, ainsi qu’à l’équipe de la réception pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Merci également à Chedia et sa collègue pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
Un énorme bravo à toute l’équipe d’animation pour l’ambiance exceptionnelle qu’ils créent chaque jour ! Et une mention spéciale au chef d’animation, Hedil et Yosra, qui ont vraiment rendu ce séjour encore plus mémorable avec leur énergie, leur bonne humeur et leur bienveillance.
Une atmosphère conviviale, chaleureuse et pleine de vie… Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location with easy access to everything. The staff, especially Sameer was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, and the food offered a great variety with something for everyone. It was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend it.

Cons:

Room facilities could be improved, and the hair dryer for one of our rooms was not working.

Fantastic , very good excursion
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Solaria hotel, food was great, wide variety to choose from and the service was fantastic. Always attentive to details. Semil the guest relations manager was so helpful and his resolution and problem solving is excellent. The room are clean and bed is very comfortable.
My two girls and I had a fantastic time. Will definitely come again

The reception and the toilets downstairs are really old looking and not befitting of the service

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel was really nice, the location was amazing and the staff were so kind! The food was great, the menu was different every day, so we did not get tired to eat the same food. Special thanks to Samir and Taher for being such as gentlemen and gave us some recommendations for tours. Definitely, I recommend this place 100%

Après de nombreuses années de voyages et de séjours dans différents hôtels, je peux dire sans hésiter que le Medina Solaria est le meilleur hôtel où j’ai séjourné. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites : un établissement magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable, des chambres confortables, une restauration variée et de qualité, des animations agréables et une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, serviable, professionnel, attentionné et à l’écoute des clients. Un immense merci à Monsieur Samir pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à lui et à toute l’équipe, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de négatif à signaler. Notre séjour a été excellent du début à la fin et a dépassé toutes nos attentes.

Great hotel - Solaria
Pros:

We had a great time at solaria this June. The team were super welcoming, the food was varied and the entertainment team did a great job at keeping everyone busy. Would definitely recommend the hotel to any couple wanting a relaxing experience.
