Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with an open view overlooking the beach and marina port

Parking is limited , cars are parked along the entrance and on sidewalks, the swimming pool was closed for repairs it seems, the terrace was not open.

Sameer helped a lot to book taxis and tour to tunis. Really enjoyable

Expensive and outdated resort with very few services.
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the seaside view from the balcony. It was all very clean.
We booked a massage, and it was very good.

Cons:

The bathroom is dated.
The indoor pool is only available on a very restricted schedule.
Absolutely no options with someone with a milk allergy and no description of the food/ingredients whatsoever.
The quality of the food wasn't great, but to be expected in a big resort.
Generally speaking, the staff was not friendly at all.
As soon as we arrived, someone from the hotel asked us to join them on a couch away from the reception before we could check in. There he proceeded to offer us very expensive excursion that we were not interested in. After that, we proceeded to the check-in and it felt like the mood shifted.

De toute beauté!
Pros:

L'établissement est très propre, le service est hors pair, rapide et professionnel. Samir nous a accueilli avec son grand sourire et sa gentillesse ainsi que son professionnalisme. Le personnel sur place est à l'écoute et courtoie. L'emplacement est parfaite devant la mer et prêt de tout les restaurants et magasins. Le buffet est grand et excellent. Nous le recommandons à tous sans aucune hésitation!

Très bon hôtel, séjour agréable de 3 jours pour l’anniversaire de ma mère.

Un grand merci à Samir (Guest Relation) et Oumaima pour leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Samir nous a même laissé un petit cadeau à l’accueil, une attention très appréciée. Nous avons eu un upgrade en suite, puis un changement rapide suite à un petit souci de chauffage, avec une très belle vue sur mer.

Mention spéciale aussi à Taher et à toute l’équipe du restaurant pour leur gentillesse et le gâteau d’anniversaire.

Le personnel est vraiment le point fort de cet hôtel.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Il etait parfait !
Pros:

C'etait ma premiére expérience dans cet hotel !J'ai tout aimé sans aucune exception, cuisine, animation, propreté et hygiéne,...! Dés le premier jour, on etait bien reçu et tout de suite pris en charge à la reception par une excellente équipe , je remerci surtout Samir de l'équipe reception pour son travail et son explication .

A good winter break for a wellbeing holiday
Pros:

Well situated opposite the seafront. The hotel is quiet at this time of the year but it had entertaining activities.
The spa treatments are good. The indoor pool is nice.
The food is fresh and locally sourced.
The staff are very friendly.

I really liked the staff at the spa center and the service there. The view from the hotel is nice.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and all the facilities are extremely old, it is not clean, the food is basic and not nice. We booked 3 rooms asking to have a king size bed which was confirmed but at check in it was not availabe and we wee offered to change the room after one day. In the meantime they had many king size rooms available of upper category but they refused to offer an upgrade in this situation. Also, there is a screen with currency exchange rates at the reception but every time we paid in EUR they used an absolutely different rate, much higher. No services provided at the beach, no safeguard, the sunbeds are not equipped, no beach towels

Yippee!!!
Pros:

Last night here. Animation team have been fabulous, full of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. Plenty going on. Mini golf, archery, pétanque. Joe, Willy, Mimi all so friendly & helpful. Special thank you to Ziko, geat chatter, spent alot of time with me as I was travelling solo. Had a lovely time!!

I have really enjoyed the hotel the food is good the day time and night time activities are good. I enjoyed the night time disco with willy dancing and Joe and ziko day time activities.
