Pros:

Had a nice stay with our family during Easter. Nice rooms, great (but at times crowded) breakfast and cozy, relaxing shared spaces (library and "secret garden").

Sehr schönes und mit vielen Details eingerichtetes Hotel. Ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Vor allem die Lage ist super und genau richtig für einen Städtetrip.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Mosaic sehr genossen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, so dass man in fünfzehn Minuten im Zentrum oder in der Shopping Strasse ist.
Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Nespresso Maschine haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Das Bad war mit einer Dusche mit Erlebnisbrause ausgerüstet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer verteilt findet sich unnötiges Zeugs, wie eine Pinwand für allerlei Angebote, die man auch in einer Zimmermappe auflegen könnte.
Die total acht Kissen auf dem Doppelbett kann man auch reduzieren.

Fantastisch ontbijt met veel variatie, super vriendelijk personeel, comfortabele bedden. Alles naar wens. Heel gezellig en trendy ingericht, echt thuiskomen. Echte aanrader!!!

Outstanding Mosaic House
Pros:

A really well run hotel with excellent staff. Every member of staff that we encountered was impressive. I wish I’d noted more names but Mary who was on service for breakfast must have a special mention, she was not only efficient, polite but her manner and smile would ensure you had a better start to any day. Thank you Mary! Food also excellent. No shorts cuts I could see in any area.
I noticed that all staff were treated to breakfast in the restaurant once guests were finished, this is great to see and that this area is not just reserved for management only as I experienced as a young person working in hotels. Nice to see this equality and also no doubt leads to a happy workforce and the excellent service guests enjoy.
Rooms immaculate and a bottle of fizz and juice left in room as I had mentioned when booking it was a birthday celebration.
We stayed to two hotels in Prague, Mosaic House was our second, the first was just fine but Mosaic House is on another level, well done and thanks. I have and will continue to recommend to friends.
