Wundervoll !
Pros:

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel. Mit einer schönen Geburtstagsüberraschung empfangen worden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äusserst freundlich. Schon beim Betreten mit einem Begrüßungscocktail empfangen worden und sofort hat man ein WOW Effekt in dieser wunderschönen Hotelbar. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab wirklich ein grosses Angebot an unterschiedlichen kalten und warmen Speisen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das liebe Mosaic House -Team😊

Good value in a good location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Rooms well maintained. Good location - just 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

On the second day they didn't clean our room by 3pm and then we were already back in the rooms. Corridors are extremely dark for some reason.

Hotel, personal und Lage hat meine Erwartungen uebertroffen! Wirklich super!!!
Pros:

Dieses Hotel hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen! Das Personal war angefangen vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung superfreundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und auch praktisch eingerichtet und das ganze Hotel ist stark auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet. Die Geschichte des Hauses ist auch sehr interessant und die Lage ist exzellent für einen Besuch in Prag. Es gibt auch hoteleigene Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge und das Frühstücks Buffett war ausgezeichnet!
Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Her gün temizlik yapıldı. çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı bol çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Lokasyon güzel.

Cons:

Odalarda yeterli depolama alanı yok. İki kişi için eşya koyacak yeterli alan yok. Fitness salonu var demişler ama yok. Başka bir yere yönlendiriyorlar. Caddeye bakan odalar gürültülü.
