Le Gambetta good location friendly staff
Pros:

The Hotel Le Gambetta is a perfect location to stay in Bergerac. The rooms are air conditioned, clean and the staff are very helpful.

The breakfasts are plentiful and varied.

PUDO HABER SIDO UNA PESADILLA

DESAYUNO- Buena variedad, aunque el cafe estaba reugular....

AIRE ACONDICIONADO- Al llegar nos dijeron que no funcionaba el AA y que nos habian puesto uno. (no era AA, sino un ventilador). Reclamamos que nos dieran por escrito que no disponian de mas habitaciones con AA, para hacer una reclamacion, y oohh que cuiroso, la recepcionista noS pregunto si habiamos probado a encender el AA de nuestra habitacion, y dicho y hecho, el AA ya funcionaba. Intentaron ahorrarse el AA.. cuando estabamos en plena ola de calor, a mas de 38 grados... vaya una locura..
ASCENSOR- al parecer estaba en reformas y raparacion. Se veia que era algo estructural, que no era una reparacion puntual y que estaba fuera de servicio desde hacia tiempo. Tuvimos que subir nuestras maletas al tercer piso...
Deberian haber avisado de este tema, pues quiza no hubieramos elegido este hotel... Me pregunto si llega un huesped con movolidad reducida.... No se como lo haran....

la posizione sicuramente e la ragazza della reception che ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al 3 piano, molto cortesi alla reception.

Cons:

L'ascensore rotto stando al terzo piano con l'auto da svuotare e ricaricare per un solo giorno di sosta è stato un disagio, inoltre l'aria condizionata non funzionava, con 38 gradi di giorno avevamo la stanza caldissima. la reception era chiusa dalla 11.30 alle 14.30, noi avevamo scritto prima che saremmo arrivati alle 12 carichi di vino da scaricare (presi a Bordeaux), abbiamo aspettato l'apertura per 2 ore e mezza, ci avevano confermato che andava bene.
