Amazing breakfast,there was a lot of options to choose even better than some 5 stars hotels I've been before.
The fact of the shower not having a glass box was a negative point. I am not a huge fan of curtains,also I've faced problems with the door locker.

A limpeza é perfeita e os funcionários muito educados. Café da manhã é bom.
A acústica do quarto é péssima.
Instalação
Estávamos em um grupo em 4 quartos e veio um casal que não era hóspede e quiseram cobrar para visitar a cobertura. Seriam hóspedes para o próximo encontro. Visão curta . Todos perderam inclusive o hotel que teria a melhor propaganda o "boca a boca".
REgião do hotel um tanto degradada.
A escadaria próxima do hotel é muito charmosa. Seria um ótimo atrativo se bem cuidada pela Prefeitura.
Atendimento dos funcionários
Tudo novo, muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os funcionários foram bastante prestativos, a cama confortável e o quarto bem equipado, com frigobar, pia, micro-ondas, pratos, talheres e copos, além de ter um bom tamanho. A localização também é boa, próxima da estação Mercado (cerca de 18 minutos a pé ou 6 minutos de carro).
Gostei também da proposta sustentável do hotel.
O café da manhã é bom e variado, incluindo frutas, opções sem glúten e um bolinho vegano.
Seria ótimo ter mais opções veganas no café da manhã, atualmente havia apenas um bolinho. Sugiro incluir itens como pão vegano, pastinha e leite vegetal. Há inclusive uma lanchonete vegana excelente a poucos metros do hotel; talvez uma parceria fosse interessante.
Outra sugestão é simplificar as opções especiais: em vez de várias categorias separadas (vegano, sem glúten, sem lactose etc., muitas vezes não combinadas entre si), poderia haver mais foco em opções veganas e veganas sem glúten, que acabam atendendo um público maior de forma mais prática.
Também senti falta de água filtrada disponível para hóspedes. Isso ajudaria a reduzir o uso de garrafas plásticas e tornaria a proposta do hotel ainda mais sustentável.
