Fomos recebidos com muito acolhimento por parte da recepção e durante toda estadia. Destaque para o serviço impecável das camareiras e o cuidado ao encontrar meus óculos no momento da mudança de qto por motivo da chegada de mais um hóspede. Café delicioso. Excelente estadia
Pros:

Para quem vai a evento em Porto Alegre, o Hotel é excelente. Fica próximo aos bares e a localização e boa. O hotel é muito agradável e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom e a chuveiro e a cama são excelentes.

Estadia ótima. pretendemos voltar.
Pros:

Localização excelente, locais pitorescos. Caminhada a pé até o parque da Redenção. Escadaria ao lado que leva ao centro histórico, Catedral e praça da Matriz. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

No café da manhã, o pão poderia ser melhor. Os outros produtos eram de boa qualidade. Sem mais pontos negativos.
