The towels need to be replaced, and the breakfast charges 28 dollars is not matched the food they offered.

I booked online in the room with no window, though website did not mention is no window, so during check in I changed into one large bed with window, but no WiFi connection, I was forced to move to a 2 bed room in the other side of the building to get WiFi connection but I had to pay $7 more each night. The reception said that the owner is aware the poor WiFi issue though that is it. Very bed experience.

The rooms are dingy but the bed was comfy enough and the shower was wonderful. The door didn't close all the way in the bathroom, but for the price we payed it was a great place.

離地鈇囗近，出入方便，服務員親切。衛生間有味道，抽風机需整夜開著，大致來説尚可。

櫃檯人員服務態度友善禮物，不滿意電視遙控器用不到，沒有wifi網路，附近很多食店，隔音設備良好，洒店保安措施良好。

Got what I paid for I guess, in terms of the service it was quiet average.
The reception spoke no english but were somewhat helpful.
The online pictures show only deluxe rooms but the single rooms are pretty bad. There was the smell of smoke in the whole floor even though its non smoking. The room did not have any ventilation. But at least the AC worked and the bathroom was clean and there was hot water and room was serviced.

一分钱一分货

Pour commence l'hôtel ne se trouve pas là où il est indiqué sur la carte. J'ai passé près de deux heures à déambuler dans le quartier avant de tomber sur l'hôtel. Il se trouve du coup biens plus loin de la station de métro (environ 10-15min à pieds).
Enfin, j'ai pu le trouver. Le personnel parle très peu anglais (une seule personne connaissait quelques mots), mais ça, je ne peux pas leur en vouloir.
Ma chambre... Une catastrophe pour ce prix là. J'ai déjà dormi dans des hôtels délabrés mais jamais pour ce prix ! (35€ la nuit quand même).
Pas de ménage (ni avant que j'arrive, ni pendant), impossible de couper le chauffage (je dormais avec la clim allumée + chauffage donc à fond. Si je fermais la vanne, fuite d'eau et bruit énorme dans les canalisations ), une minuscule fenêtre donnant dans le couloir voisin, des blattes dans la salle de bain et j'en passe... J'y suis resté 4 nuits, personne n'est venu nettoyer ma chambre. J'ai du aller réclamer du papier toilette et de l'eau.
Les serviettes et draps étaient propres mais avec des cheveux dedans (et pas les miens).
Par contre, même si le personnel ne parlait quasiment pas anglais, tout le monde était sympa et accueillant.
Pour moins de 10€ la nuit je n'aurait rien dit mais là, c'est clairement une arnaque.

Location is not very ideal, about 10-15 mins walk to metro station, yet considering its competitive price at this CBD area, nothing too much to complain on its service and experience. Everything met expectation as other JinJiang Inn does. This is an acceptable deal if better option is unavailable.

シャワー室の水が洗面所まで流れて来るのには困りました。

Bathrooms horrible. Cleaners don't clean .No word of English . No Wi-Fi. No window in room. No word of English spoken . Very frustrating. Won't go back there again ...

確かに駅からは遠いですね。部屋はきれいですが、窓がありませんでした。ただ宿泊するだけであれば値段を考慮すれば特に問題はないかも知れません。

clogged pipes and very old infrastructure

At first, hotel was not what I was expecting. I didn't have a window in my room, hotel staff only spoke chinese and toilet wasn't always working. But overall my stay was pleasant: room was clean and it had everything I needed (except window), air condition was definitely plus and there was big supermarket (Carrefour) quite close. Worth of your money (in Beijing price range) although you probably should have some reason to be in that neighborhood since going around isn't very convenient.

錦江之星ビジネスHotelチェーン店を初めて利用、大陸系のいわゆるビジネス系Hotelチェーンの中では評価がまあまあだと聞いて予約し利用した。Hotelの地図が(これまで利用したどのHotelも大体間違っていたが) また異なっていた。王林北京ダック店の隣なので分かり易いが、地下鉄やバス停からは少し遠い。サービスも普通でフロントの対応もフレンドリーだった（中国語・英語が出来れば）朝ご飯も料金としては十分。ただ、5階だったのに窓なしの部屋だったのは大変ショックだった。窓なしとあらかじめ明記しておいて欲しい。

The hotel stuff is very kind and helpful! Internet connection is also good. If you need to stay couple nights in Beijing on budget price this hotel is a good choice.

L'hôtel est loin de tout, très bruyant, réservation faite avec fenêtre, mais la réception m'a d'abord donner une chambre sans fenêtre. Changement obtenu, j'ai eu une chambre avec douche ayant une fenêtre donnant sur la rue + éboueurs déchargeant leurs déchets sous ma fenêtre. Nouvelle chambre, avec fenêtre cassée et service de chambre minimum.
