Pros:

Everything great, but I thought the breakfast was especially nice. Smiling service, juices and coffee at your table, very fresh bread with two kinds of jam, and 3 main choices including omelette with choice of ingredients or two local cuisine offerings. The people are very nice and helpful, I would definitely choose this again. Also they provided a small amount of strong sin block among toiletries,

Perfect stay!
Pros:

I had the perfect stay at Los Tambos. The location is great, staff are excellent, the breakfast is exceptional and the rooms are comfortable.
I used the service to and from the airport which was prompt and the drivers lovely.
The observatory is also a great space.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa.

Wonderful hotel and staff. We will definitely stay here again. Arequipa is a lovely city - hotel Los Tambos is perfectly located near the main square but not on the main square which can be loud in the evening.

Include a cooked to order breakfast each morning with many different options, a beautiful rooftop sitting area, hot water in the shower, and most of all an excellent staff

BONITO Y PEQUEÑO HOTEL A UNA CUADRA DE LA PLAZA DE ARMAS.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, no es buffet, es a la carta, aunque todos los días es la misma carta si te da opciones a variar tus pedidos, por lo menos 4 días podrás consumir desayunos distintos, luego ya tendrás que repetir. La mesera y el chef muy amables.
La ubicación es excelente, a 80 metros de la plaza de Armas.
Los tours que ofrece el hotel están bien organizados aunque los operadores son terceros y parece que eso eleva el costo.
El personal muy amable y presto a resolver todas tus inquietudes .

Cons:

Definitivamente el tamaño de la habitación no me gustó, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Por ese motivo tienen que pegar las camas a la pared (en el caso de las habitaciones dobles). Hay un solo pasadizo qué es estrecho. Hay un solo ascensor con capacidad máxima de cuatro personas. Funciona bien aunque es lento.

Hotel, à saisir pour un séjour à Arequipa
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville, juste à côté de la place des armas ( 1 min ) mais sans le bruit sinon est directement dessus très propre et très professionnel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel était bien mieux que ce a quoi on s’attendait en envoyant les photos.

Los Tambos: Convenient, safe and homely.
Pros:

We felt welcomed the second we walked in, we arrived in the morning and staff stored our luggage and ensured our rooms were ready even before their 3pm check in policy. We appreciated all the small details and small gifts in the room. He received the most professional service from all staff members. Jose’s service, in front desk was remarkable. My family and I will book this hotel when we’re back in Arequipa. Very convenient and safe location
