Pros:

Nice renovated rooms. Breakfast was good. People at desk were very friendly and warm. Burger King and big gas station right next to it. Good place if you are travelling with car.

Cons:

The hallway carpet should be replaced ( just old and worn out).
The area is industrial, not very nice to walk around.

THERE IS A APARTMENT BUILDING NEARBY THAT HOST'S REALLY WILD COLLEGE STUDENT'S (IN A GOOD WAY;) THE BOWLING 🎳 ALLEY THROUGH PARTIES OCCASIONALLY 🥳 🎉, THERE IS A CURIOUS AND MYSTERIOUS RAVE SCENE NEAR BY, WHICH SEEMED INTERESTING, YOU CAN ALSO BUY STUFF AND GROCERIES IN BULK WITH BULK PRICES IF YOU WISH, WHICH IS NOT BAD.
