The rooms were modern and clean.
Smichov area is under reconstruction so it was difficult to get into hotel garage, the navigation was quite confused.
But the worst within hotel was the staff at the reception. No Czech language knowledge as all of them were foreigners, limited English language knowledge, no knowledge of area, no knowledge of hotel garage functioning - I had to go personally to reception from garage thrice, as the ticket that should have been unlocked was not functioning and the garage did not open. The staff was surprised it did not work, however it happened twice afterwards.
Moreover, when I decided to change hotels just after checking in, the reception staff claimed that only 1 person can cancel the accomodation, and that exact person was not present in hotel and that they could not find him. That was a major red flag for me and after the experience with the garage I decided to cancel the accomodation immediately via Booking. I informed the receptionist, handed over the cards from room and demanded some confirmation of the cancellation, again, he didn ´ t know what to do and finally said I don ´t need anything when it ´s done via Booking. I claimed a refund from hotel via Booking, so far, no refund and no reaction from hotel. Never again.
Welcoming when we arrived
My daughters had a bath with shower in and I had a large walk in shower.

Ein modernes Hotel, gute Ausstattung. Öffentlicher Parkplatz in 200 Meter - viel günstiger als Hotelparking.
Etwa weit von ÖNV - etwa 10 Gehminuten. Eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber.
