Cons:

Struttura vecchia con moquette sporca. Dopo due giorni abbiamo lasciato alcuni asciugamani per terra con l'intento di farli sostituire. Li abbiamo ritrovati regolarmente piegati ma non ricambiati. Alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato risposto che loro cambiamo gli asciugamani soltanto ogni sei giorni. Quindi hanno trovato normale riprendere gli asciugamani da terra e rimetterli ben piegati.

Posizione comoda, accogliente, staff cordiale e molto disponibile! Un signore alla reception parlava italiano e ci ha consigliato molti posti da visitare e in cui mangiare! Camera calda e pulitissima

Отличное расположение, комфортные продуманные компактные номера
Pros:

Компактный семейный номер, при этом очень продуманный и комфортабельный - две спальни, отдельная гардеробная комната - это большое удобство! Гидромассажная ванна была в рабочем состоянии. Один из админисраторов говорит на русском языке. Весь персонал идет навстречу, готов помочь. Отличное расположение - до основных достопримечательностей пешая доступность с детьми!

Cons:

По соотношению цена - качество отлично! Не понравилась стоимость парковки - но насколько я поняла, в центральной части Вены в принципе проблема с парковкой, а наличие парковочного еста при отеле - это отлично!

Ubicación excelente, cerca de los museos y principales atractivos turisticos de Viena. Todo se puede hacer caminando o en metro, que está aproximadamente a 7 minutos caminando del hotel. La habitación quizás es un poco pequeña, pero el baño es gigante y con una tina perfecta para un baño después de largas caminatas por la ciudad. Nuestra estadía no incluyó desayuno, dado que se pagaba aparte por aproximadamente 19 euros, lo que nos pareció un poco costoso. Tenía tendederos calefaccionados para secar las toallas o ropa, lo que nos fue de mucha utilidad. El personal excelente, siempre atento a las necesidades que podíamos tener.
