Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto in hotel molto curato e con personale di una gentilezza incredibile, molto disponibile a fornire informazioni utili. Posizione fuori il centro di Newquay ma su di una delle spiagge più belle. Esperienza molto piacevole.

The directions on the sat navigation took us to the wrong side of the road but managed to find it eventually and it was very pleasant place and in a good location to find many attractions that you could go to or was right bye the Porth beach to go to

We found that the rooms could been cleaned a bit better there was dust behind the TV and bathroom had dirty marks

Frühstück isr ein Mix aus servierten Menü und Buffet, beides sehr gut.
Personal auch freundlich
Blick aufs Meer ist vorhanden aus dem Zimmer.
Badezimmer einfach eingerichtet, aber groß genug.
1 Parkplatz pro Zimmer kostenfrei enthalten
Bett ist bequem

Cons:

Viel zu dünne Wände, man hört selbst die Nachbarn reden.
Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator, Raum erwärmt sich im Sommer viel zu stark.
Fenster lässt sich nur einen Spalt öffnen.
Zimmer im 2. Obergeschoss nur über Treppen erreichen, teils sehr steile und enge, mehrere Brandschutztüren liegen zusätzlich noch zwischen Rezeption und Zimmer. (Grundsätzlich gut, macht das erreichen des Zimmer aber nicht einfacher.)
Nichtmal eine komplementäre Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer bei 218 £ pro Nacht enthalten...

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wunderbar hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Bar im Haus hatte einen freundlichen Barkeeper der einen herrlichen gemeinsamen Fussball Abend ermöglichte.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De eerste keer hier verbleven maar zeker niet de laatste.
De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch ten opzichte van het prachtige strand en de natuur (5 minuten loop naar een heel mooi zwemstrand.
Een kleiner maar wel lekker verwarmd buitenbad is lekker. Zelfs de buitendouche is verwarmd.
Het oude landbuis heeft zijn charme behouden en de kamers zijn nog niet lang geleden opnieuw smaakvol gerenoveerd. De kamers zijn onberispelijk schoon met lekkere handdoeken en een douche met voldoende power.
Heerlijk ontbijt.
Personeel deed hun best om een goede service te bieden.
Het weer was warm en wij mochten op de dag van uitchecken de auto nog laten staan zodat wij nog van het strand konden genieten.

Cons:

De heer aan de receptie was minder geïnteresseerd in de gasten.
Het is klagen op hoog niveau maar de tomaten bij het ontbijt waren smaakloos.
