Our experience was very disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The furniture was old, worn out, and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor.
The hotel also appeared to be understaffed. We booked a villa for three people and even paid for four guests, but when we arrived, there were only towels and bedding provided for two people.
When we went to prepare the downstairs sofa bed, we opened it to find it full of sand. The floor throughout the villa was also dirty.
Overall, the property was not as advertised, and the lack of cleanliness and poor preparation made our stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing !!
Pros:

The apartment we had was so spacious with ground floor access out to the pool. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed !!!
The location is great - 5 minutes walk to porth beach and 10 minutes to lusty glaze beach.

Cons:

The only thing that we found uncomfortable was the double bed. And our you gest son said his bed was uncomfortable too .. Not going to complain though as everyone has a different mattress preference.

Great location, short walk to beach, great facilities villa very clean and well kept. Staff friendly and great pool. Excellent stay overall

Cons:

Only a double bed - room for for a king size at least but this is preference only. There weren’t enough large glasses for 4 people and the villa sleeps 6. The mattress on the bed was truly awful, not well sprung and far too soft, not a great nights sleep, sofa was more comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay, just a little tired, needing attention to cleaning and replacement of some older facilities
Pros:

The apartment felt like a personal home with our own private patio and parking space. The kitchen was well equipped, we had great views and it took only moments to reach the beach, a great tearoom and pub.

Cons:

Dirty sheets and towels were off putting, but the worst experience was the mattress! The most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in my life (and I’ve slept on the floor in the past)!

Gute Lage für Cornwall
Pros:

Super gut ausgestattetes Appartement.
Gute Lage für Ausflüge rund um Newquay.
Wir konnten das Frühstück dazubuchen, welches super fein war.
Ebenfalls geschätzt haben wir den Parkplatz.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Die Ferienanlage verfügt über einen Pool mit warmen Wasser, man kann Frühstück dazu buchen und es ist schön vom Wohnzimmer aus einen Poolblick zu genießen.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung war für 5 Personen nicht geeignet, Messer sehr stumpf, Töpfe zu klein. Man versuchte jedoch passendes Equipment zu besorgen. Der Backofen war stark verschmutzt und auch das Sieb der Spülmaschine müsste einmal gründlich gereinigt werden.
