Overall we loved it and next time we will be bringing our fur babies with us!
Pros:

Loved the location and the views were amazing.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot to explore and find.
The breakfast was also beautiful. Compliments to the chef.
The restaurant was in a very nice spot and very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the menu for Dinner. It was very limited.
But we ordered Uber which wasn't a big problem either.
Next time we will make use of the kitchenette and microwave in the room.

Great view, beautiful gardens. Well mannered pets with owners.

Cons:

Indoor pool not heated. Better rubbish disposal option. Bins were behind closed gates, couldn't access. Constant urine smell in bathroom. Main TV remote not great. Glitchy.

Overpriced, inconvenient, frustrating, rude.
Pros:

Nothing — dirty, poorly serviced, terrible processes, rude staff, hidden feeds.

Cons:

Outdated, unclean, rude staff, hidden feeds, terrible booking process, caused drama for us half way through the stay due to their own mistake of putting us in the wrong room (we had pets)

Comfortable, convenient and good breakfast
Pros:

It was open, a bit of outside space that opened up into the pool. The breakfast arrangements were handy and food good with good service

Cons:

We did have a few cockroaches enter the apartment which wasn’t great but apparently expected at this time of year. On reporting it to the reception staff they said that housekeeping would treat the room

Great spot, we will be back for a Staycation
Pros:

Location, simplicity, could bring the dog, pool and spa, quietness, river views, park next door, little beach directly outside. Kids didnt want to leave. We loved it and will be back.
