Pros:

I went there for one night on July 19th, 2026.
They were renovating the whole thing, and this guy at the counter Bassam was so helpful, he even arranged for the pick up taxi the next day.
I would go there again since it is new now, especially that it is in the middle of Amman.

Cons:

No parking spot.

بصدق وبكل امانه يوجد هناك مجموعه من الموظفين رائعين جدا
وبالاخر ابو نور
شخص مهذب ومحترم ولبق وابتسامته رائعه و خدوم ايضاً
الفندق نظيف جدا و موقع ممتاز بين سوق عمان كل ما يلزم موجود حولك
الفندق من افضل الفنادق الي أقمت فيها بصدق
وان فكرت بالعوده إلى عمان
سأعود إلى الفندق نفسه

اقامة رائعة انصح اللي يفضل ينزل في وسط البلد حتى يشوف الاماكن بأنه يحجز في هذا الاوتيل وراح يشوف النظافة والغرف مرتبة وا

الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، صاير في تحديث في الاوتيل للغرف ديلوكس وسوبر ديلوكس
قريبة من كل شي في وسط البلد
الاستقبال رائع جدا ومتعاون عند ابو النور

المصعد بطيئ يحتاج ان تنتظر وقت حتى يصل
لكنها ما هي مشكلة كبيرة

Great location
Pros:

Incredible location right in the centre of downtown. The staff are fantastic

Cons:

Unfortunately when we were there they were renovating a lot of the hotel and the roof terrace. This meant that everything was quite noisy and dusty, plus we couldn’t go up to see the views. I think this was just unlucky and hopefully it will be better for other guests in future.

Ich kam am 5 Uhr morgens vom Flughafen ins Hotel. Zwei Stunden später hörte man von vielen Geräuschen wegen einer Baustelle im Hotel und konnte nicht schlafen. Als ich gefragt habe was ist da los und wie kann es sein dass sie Zimmer im Hotel anbieten wenn sie mit der Bearbeitung noch nicht fertig sind. Wurde eine alternative Hotel vom Personal vorgeschlagen war aber für mein Zweck weit weg. Deswegen habe mich entschieden das Hotel zu verlassen und ins andere Hotel zu ziehen. Sehr unangenehm am ersten Tag des Urlaubs.

The hotel had major renovations that were not mentioned. The receptionist Bassam was really helpful and supportive to find alternative solutions, and he managed to relocate me to another hotel

Major renovations should be mentioned beforehand, as drilling and hammering noises from 7 AM to 6 PM makes it difficult to sleep or relax

Pros:

It's a cheap, very cheap, and basic accommodation, so for one, two nights directly in downtown it's OK. The breakfast wasn't very tasty and my girlfriend decided to go anywhere to eat something better. But it's in the city center and it was important.

Hotel je na centralnoj lokaciji sa krovnom terasom i restoranom sa pogledom na Rimski amfitetar. Osoblje je preljubazno, kako smo stigli ranije, dobili smo kuvanu tursku kafu dobrodošlice i raniji ulazak u sobe. Doručak je jednostavan ali veoma ukusan omlet i povrće,. Sobe su dovoljno velike, sve je čisto, a cena veoma povoljna ovog smeštaja
