Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, with one receptionist speaking very good English. The buffet breakfast was also good.

Pros:

Nice and cozy hotel in the center of Amman just few minutes walk from the Citadel hill and the Roman Theater. Beautiful view from the terrace where they serve breakfasts. Also visitors can have tea and coffee at any time on the terrace.
Very friendly and helpful personnel. Many thanks to Bassem who helped a lot with the transfer to the Dead Sea for a friend of mine and shared his knowledge about places of interest in Amman.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait au coeur de la ville. Les chambres sont calmes et bien équipées. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais ce n'est pas grave car il y a thé et café en libre service sur le roof top et on peut acheter d'excellentes douceurs orientales à deux pas.

La signalétique pour trouver l'entrée (porte etroite sur une rue avec petit escalier)

Great Downtown Hotel
Pros:

Great downtown location surrounded by shops, and restaurants, a few minutes walk from the Roman Theatre and close to Amman Citadel, Jordan Museum and Rainbow St. Clean modern rooms and friendly, helpful and attentive staff, special mention for Bassam in that respect, make for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind frisch renoviert und sehen wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist sehr sauber. Klimaanlage und wlan funktionieren einwandfrei. Man jederzeit die Dachterasse nutzen und die Aussicht auf das römische Theater und die Zitadelle genießen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann Amman zu Fuß erkunden. Mit dem Taxi ist man in ca. 40 min am Flughafen, der vom Hotel bestellte Shuttle ist zuverlässig und genauso teuer wie ein Uber.
Das Highlight des Hotels ist jedoch der aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Bassam! Er hat sehr viele gute Tipps was es in Amman zu entdecken gibt und kennt auch gute Restaurants. Gerne hilft er euch auch bei der Planung was es in Jordanien sonst noch zu entdecken gibt.
