Disappointing customer service
Cons:

I was charged no show fee because I arrived later than indicated on the reservation due to delayed flight + even after I had sent a message that I will be late. I was supposed to arrive around 23h on 30.12. and checked in around 3AM on 31.12.

Pros:

Modern feel and location. Food was good.

Cons:

The bed was awful. The front desk and bar had 6 people working but I could never get anyone's attention to order food or a beer. Always had to walk up to place my order.

une semaine c'est trop dans cet hôtel
Pros:

A proximité des points d'intérêts

Cons:

L n'y a pas de place pour ranger ses affaires obligé de laisser dans la valise les matelas sont trop dur et le dernier étages pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour sécurité mais problème d'aération

Very friendly staff
Pros:

Personalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Trevliga och sociala ytor där man kunde umgås. Bra att man kunde handla i lobbyn dygnet runt

Cons:

Sängarna var lite väl hårda, men personalen hade tydligen kunnat fixa mjukare madrasser om vi hade sagt till. Bra att veta om jag återvänder.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, πολύ καλή υπηρεσία πάρκινγκ
Pros:

Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα ότι το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πάρκινγκ και υπάρχει υπάλληλος που παίρνει το αμάξι σου να το παρκάρει και αντίστοιχα όταν θέλεις να φύγεις στο φέρνει πάλι στην είσοδο.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και στενάχωρο. Δεν είχε τίποτα από amenities ούτε παντόφλες. Για να έχουμε πόσιμο νερό έπρεπε να βρούμε έναν ψύκτη στον διάδρομο και να γεμίσουμε τα άδεια μπουκάλια που υπήρχαν στο δωμάτιο. Είναι κατανοητό ότι αυτό μπορεί να είναι το concept του ξενοδοχείου αλλά θα ήταν καλύτερο να βρούμε κατά την άφιξη μας γεμάτα τα μπουκάλια νερού και στη συνέχεια για refill να το κάναμε μόνοι μας από τον ψύκτη.

Lokacija objekta blizu starog grada. Dobra kupaonica, jedino normalno u sobi.

Cons:

Bračni krevet jako mali, dovoljan za jednu odraslu osobu ili dvije osobe rasta do 140 cm. Soba ekstremno mala, nema se bukvalno gdje staviti kofer. Osim ako ga ne mislite preskakati kada želite u krevet.

Clean, modern and great location.

Cons:

The beds are awful and very stiff and hard. Everything else was fantastic. Get better beds. That is the main thing travelers need is good and restful sleep.
