Mega ! Empfangen wir Könige . Sauber , höflich . Ich habe von Deutschland aus für meine Familie dieses Hotel gefunden , nachdem sie bei einem anderen total unzufrieden waren . Innerhalb wenigen Minuten war die Kommunikation da und der Empfang alles reibungslos! Mega Lob ans gesamte Team . Besonders der Empfang war unschlagbar 💪🏻top wir kommen wieder !

Un hotel muy moderno y limpio
Pros:

El diseño, limpieza de la habitación, comodidad de la cama, buena señal wifi, buena ubicación, personal muy amable en todo el hotel, una terraza frente al hotel por si fumas o quieres tomar el café fuera

Cons:

El hotel tiene unas ventanas que no cubren el ruido de la calle, a las 6 de la mañana ya empiezas a oír todo el ruido de la calle. En mi caso han sido muy amables y me han cambiado la habitación en el patio interior para el segundo día
Aun así al ser un hotel céntrico deberían de haberse preocupado de las ventanas para proteger del ruido

I'm a frequent visitor, this is my first choice hotel when visiting Belgrade.
Pros:

This is a small hotel and I felt extremely comfortable sitting on my own either for drinks or dinner. The staff made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

This time it was too hot at the lobby in the evening and during the breakfast. Hope AC is working properly now.
The steamer was not working on the 2nd floor.
