Mira Hotel

Hotel is nicely situated in a residential area. Getting in to the hotel is a little challenging during winter months with lots of snow. Great walking and cross county skiing trails just up the road.

Hotel room was nice, beds are low to the ground but mattress desperately need to be replaced. Bedding and pillows were nice and comfortable.

Room sometimes smelled like coal though.

Restaurant was good and food was nicely served and good portions. Free Breakfast was a plus. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance if you so desire. Also lots of markets to pickup other items

Hotel has a very nice pool and exercise room - very relaxing and nice break at the end of the day.

The staff at this hotel is amazing - very nice and friendly

Greate location , gym and smimming available . breakfast is not good at all , like in 2star hotel , almost nothing is available ....unfortunaltely . Before breakfasts were quite on high standard .

Decent clean rooms. Stayed on the 3rd floor and was a little noisy at night. Gym not open until 7am which is too late if you want to exercise before work. It's also pretty basic, and too warm since it's right next to the heated pool.

Ate at the restaurant a couple of times and was average. Much better value and quality options within walking distance.

Очень удобное расположение - аэропорт в 8 минутах езды на автомобиле и пешая доступность до основных достопримечательностей города (15-25 минут). В этом отеле думают о людях - даже лифты автоматически становятся на 1 и 4 этаж, чтобы сократить время их ожидания. Я такое в отеле увидел впервые. Огромный для отелей бассейн с 4-мя дорожками, очень хороший фитнес зал. Добротные разнообразные завтраки и ежедневно меняющимися блюдами. В номере - чай, кофе, чайник с посудой. В ванной - туалетные принадлежности. Очень доброжелательный персонал, сердечное всем спасибо.

Spent 2 days in hotel. Room was clean and tidy but small. Single bed low on the floor but mattress was good. Central heating and not possible to adjust the temperature. Room was too hot and asked at reception to assist but was told they cannot adjust the temperature. Very nice shower and bath with hot water. Used room service for dinner second night since dinner first night wasn't great. Room service was good. Very noisy in the corridors. Cleaning staff slamming doors very early in the morning - before 6am. The lady disappeared too quickly to ask them to be quiet.

service (reception and restaurant) - a bit slow everywhere due to lots of form and communication issue
restaurant - food at breakfast wasnt that great. ala carte have better choice
receptionist - mix of friendly and lack of communication skills.. so this will depends on whom you deal with on that day.. :)

Service ok, food good and the rooms were clean. Good location, Irish pub and shopping center walking distance. Basically ticked all the boxes apart from the wifi, no login but very slow. Would I stay again? Yes.

清潔で、部屋もまずまず広く快適です。空港バスの通り沿い。朝食も普通ですが美味しいです。地下にスーパーマーケットがあるショッピングセンターへも歩いて行けます。駅からは離れいますが、バスに乗れば良いです。駐車場もあります。

가족여행으로 방문했는데, 깔끔한 객실과 잘 관리된 시설들로 편안하였습니다. 위치도 적당하고 교통이 편리한 편입니다. 다만 주변에 그리 이용할만한 시설은 없습니다. 최저기온 영하 25-30에 달하는 추운 2월초에 방문하였지만 객실내부는 난방이 잘되어 불편하지 않았습니다. 조식은 아주 훌륭하다고는 할수 없지만 그런대로 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 큰 통으로 생수를 매일 하나씩 제공해주는 점도 마음에 듭니다.

Spent 6 days in this hotel. My choise was because swimming pool there. Pretty old furnuture in the room. Good breakfast, nice personal. Cleaning was every day, but should be more attention. I can reccommend hotel just for 2 days.

Stayed in the hotel twice over last couple of years. All together almost two months.

The hotel is well designed and in a quite, secluded location. Evidently owner at the time put a lot thought into it.

Unfortunately current management is sub-standard. As an example on October 24 in the evening this year I came across an exceptionally rude receptionist. Unspeakably angry and unhelpful.

There is a good gym and a swimming pool. There is a dedicated lady at the gum, to look after it. She likes to watch soap operas and other melodramas on TV and insist on having them on. Imagine you are at the gym, trying to put some rigour, while somebody is helplessly unfit watching soap operas. Gym is also kept very warm. Average temperature is there 23+ and air conditioning remote is taken away. If you are not moving much, you would like to keep it warm, you understand.

Good hotel in a residential area of Yuzhno. Rooms large, comfortable and well appointed, good shower, very strong wifi in rooms (well, my room at least) and in public areas!
Good gym and a large swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful. All of the reception staff I met spoke at least reasonable English - one was very good indeed. Bar pleasant - not hugely atmospheric, but perfectly good.
The breakfast spread was good - wide selection of healthy options.
Local area is residential and was quiet while I was here.
It is being used by my Company for short term stayers, 1-3 nights.
Very good, I would use it again.

Замечательный отель, прекрасные номера, дружелюбный и приветливый персонал.
Несколько смазали впечатление горничные, которые иногда назойливо стремились попасть в номер для уборки. Из небольших минусов стоит отметить довольно дорогой ресторан. Горячие блюда стоили около 1000 руб.

I had a very pleasant experience in Mira Hotel throughout my business trip. My room was very large, with a top quality mattress and all the necessary amenities included. The food was marvellous, especially breakfast, so I would like to say huge thanks to the chef. Overall, the hotel was in very good condition, the level of cleanliness was superb. I would definitely recommend the place to those travelling to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for either work or pleasure.

While in Yuzhno, Sahkalin Island, Russia for a business trip, I checked out the Mira Hotel for a possible future stay. Although I did not spend a night at the Mira Hotel, I did inspect it for a future stay. I was favorably impressed by the facilities and plan to stay there on my next trip to Yuzhno. The hotel is neat and clean. I was favorably impressed with the fitness center and swimming pool. Being an avid distance swimmer, the 25 m, multiple lap pool was amazing. The hotel entrance is a little hard to notice since it comes in from a side street and not the main street which runs behind it. I would encourage any individual or family to stay there. Again, I am very biased towards a great swimming pool in a hotel.

Хороший качественный отель! Проживал 6 дней по работе, в тратах не ограничен, по этому впечатление на твердую 5ку! Ресторан и бар при отеле. Ресторан Италия совсем не дешего, бар хорош, но маловато закусок под пиво (точнее выбора совсем нет). В общем персонал приветливый, чисто, уютно и приятно находится. Конечно есть и не дочеты, но на мой взгляд все отлично только дома. К примеру душ не съемный, расческу не дают но это все мелочи! Для жильцов отеля в ресторане могли бы давать скину 10-15%, а то для бюджетной поездки в нем питаться не вариант!

Overall, the hotel is great. The food is good, though overpriced (but perhaps this is normal for the island?) The rooms are huge and very clean. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate guests. Only minus is that the pool looks like it has seen better days

생각보다 깨끗하고 좋았습니다~!딱하나 아쉬운점 처음 예약할때 사진에 나온 조식을 보고 조식포함 예약을 했는데 조식은 실망이였음 ㅎㅎ 하지만 다음번에 사할린 또 갈일이 있으면 무조건 미라호텔 예약~!!^^

空港バス63　のMIra通り沿いに建つホテルで　通りから看板が見えます。
改築しており、清潔でベットも快適でした。
