Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
- Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in.
- Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed and comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing, I had the lemon butter and honey pancakes and they were to die for!
Parking was at the back of the hotel which was very convenient.

A fabulous stay in Belfast. We loved every minute. The people of Belfast are so friendly.
Pros:

the staff were attentive and helpful , we were very impressed. The room was clean and , and the bed very comfortable The breakfast was perfect . . all really well cooked and presented. A special mention goes to the porridge which is the best I have ever had away from home

Cons:

It would have been lovely if there had been a small lounge of bar area to sit and relax in, but the layout and space would not allow for this.

A really enjoyable stay in a comfortable room with attentive staff and superb breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, great choice and cooked to perfection. The area was quiet and located near bars, restaurants and other amenities.

Cons:

Limited parking but no problems parking outside on street.

Our place to stay whenever we come to Belfast. Nothing to complain about. 5*
Pros:

Clean, everything you need. Perfect location for university, town, titanic, sight seeing, buses end of the street.
Great helpful, polite staff. Breakfast lovely.

A really good base for visiting Belfast. Walking distance to the main attractions but much better value than staying in the city centre. Lots of dining options close by. Nicely decorated and very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfasts to set you up for the day. Friendly and attentive staff and and a general air of being well run.
