Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
- Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in.
- Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nice Place but Beware the Black Taxi Tour

Very kind and helpful staff at reception and breakfast
Breakfast Outstanding z- choice and food and service

Cons:

Limited parking - but I did find a place.
The Black Taxi tour driver knowingly cheated me. The Reservation was made by the hotel reception for me.This was not the fault of the reception making the booking but the driver of the outfit they hooked me up with. Reflected badly on the hotel. The company they used did not have control of its drivers.

A little 4 star gem close to city centre

the staff were so wonderful... it was a birthday treat for a close friend and the staff left a beautifully presented macaroon platter with a loveky note! above and beyond!

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

Access to parking off street was a bonus. Rooms were spacious and well appointed! Beds really comfortable! Spacious bathroom. Reception staff were delightful and the breakfast was great! Excellent service. Within walking distance to Belfast city centre. Would highly recommend this property
