Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
- Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in.
- Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Etablissement exceptionnel.
Pros:

Emplacement assez proche du centre ville, accessible à pied.
Place de stationnement sécurisée, lit très confortable et petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
Tous les membres du personnel étaient très sympathiques.

Cons:

Our room was beside a boiler room noise all night ,room far to warm even with windows open. TV badly situated on the wall and no water to drink, parking only about 8 spaces

Great staff. Great location. Awful bed.
Pros:

Excellent location. Really nice staff, helpful and welcoming. Quiet area and very core to lovely student life. Close to Queens. Free parking. Great water pressure in the shower. Spotless and lovely clean quality bed linen. Zero street noise!

Cons:

Terribly soft springy uncomfortable mattress. Poor noise insulation between rooms.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and polite. Great location, as it is near the station, which is convenient if you want to go to Derry, for example, from Belfast. The breakfast is super and it is cooked, it is not a buffet. I chose this hotel because of perfect reviews and I see why they are like that – there is simply nothing to be really annoyed about.

Cons:

These are minor problems, so they didn't affect how I rated the hotel. However, there is no online check-in it seems, and I don't really like to have to say aloud my banking card details. Also there was no sign "don't disturb" in my room. I guess I could get one if I needed – which I didn't. But generally, it would be better if it was present from the very beginning. And funnily, I would name the cooked breakfast as minor minus, being a great plus at the same time – sometimes you just don't really have time to wait, alas.

Fabulous accommodation. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Outstanding accommodation. We received a very friendly welcome and on this occasion (although we had no right to ask) our room was made available earlier than we expected.
The Tara Team left gorgeous treats …. which was very unexpected, but much appreciated. Our room was
spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return when we know dates of the next gig!

Cons:

That we only enjoyed one night’s hospitality!

Tara Lodge Hotel- an ideal place to stay when visiting Belfast, and great value also!
Pros:

The Tara Hotel is near Queen's University and within a 3 minute train ride to the City Centre or Waterfront Conference Centre using Botanic Train Station that is a few minutes walk from the Hotel. Hotel is thus ideally situated for many things!
Beakfast is prepared fresh and was of superb quality.
My room was wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean! Every day of my stay they even supplied 2 bottles of Springwater without any charge. A nice touch!
Bathroom was also spacious and had a Bath too!
Lots of nearby Restaurants for the evening and a wonderful Cinema a 5 minute walk away.

Superb 4 star hotel
Pros:

15 minute walk to Belfast City Hall. Student area full of cafes restaurants bars. Very quiet neighbourhood. Ample bus stops and train station within 5 minute walk. Super comfy beds and immaculate cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent ala carte hot breakfast. I will stay here again if I return to Belfast.

Just the perfect accommodation to suit our short stay in Belfast.
Pros:

Beautiful bijou hotel, so convenient to The Lyric Theatre and to QUB. Beautiful breakfast to set us on our way in the morning of our departure.

Cons:

Ein Sauberes, tolles Zimmer. Tolles Personal, kleines Frühstücksbuffet bei dem man verschiedene Eiervarianten, English Breakfast , Toast gratis dazubestellen konnte. Bushaltestelle in 5 Gehminuten anschl. In 10 Min. im Zentrum. Eigener Hotelparkplatz.
