Beautiful interior design: gorgeous colours and eye-catching decoration. The pan-Asian food was delicious and the staff very accommodating and helpful.
It would have been nice to have one or two Specials choices on the menu, changing every two nights or so.
The staff was really nice. The room location and everything was perfect.
They should have put the iron ,tooth paste and they attached the 2 bed for the couple so it wasn't that comfortable because there was a gap between.
The room was gorgeous, the staff were so lovely. The food in the restaurant was top, top class.

We stayed as a family of 3 plus our dog in one of the dog friendly rooms. Exceptionally clean and very well decorated. Staff and facilities were Excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Top customer service. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and resolved the issue I had with the wifi during the stay.
Unfortunately, I needed an early breakfast but this was not possible. I did have the money as credit to use in the restaurant to pay towards my evening meal.
Breakfast options were fabulous taking all tastes and diets into consideration. Great size portions and cooked beautifully.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Gorgeous stay! We stayed in the Thailand room and it is stunning! Rooms clean, staff are friendly!
We had a couple of drinks in Lokkys then later on had room service (food) and it was so tasty!! Breakfast was great too! Will be coming back - looking forward to staying in the other luxury themed Rooms!!
