Warm welcome, nicely decorated with an oriental theme. The onsite restaurant was fabulous.
The single beds were quite narrow. The bathroom shower ceiling was too low
and we're both short.
Staff, food, ambience were all excellent. The hotel was comfortable, warm and welcoming. The location although outside of Saundersfoot was I thought perfect for a peaceful get away. The grounds were well laid out and attractive to sit in and enjoy a relaxing drink. The food in the restaurant was varied and well presented with an exciting menu to choose from. Staff could not do enough for you and were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.
On the downside we felt our room was tucked away on the ground floor next to the kitchen and dining room with no aspect from the window. However the room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was superb and serving staff very obliging,nothing was to much bother
A lift would have improved the visit immensely.
The staff were great and the bedroom was spacious and clean.
The on site restaurant served lovely food but unfortunately we received terrible service in there waiting an hour for our meals which was disappointing after a good stay in the hotel
There was a fan outside our bedroom which was noisy, fans were provided so we used them at night instead of the window open and we dis sleep well

The hotel was amazing and the food in the restaurant was also good, breakfast was cooked to order and plenty to start you up for the day.
It seemed a little difficult in getting taxis's anywhere but the staff went over and above this making sure transport was around.

Absolutely stunning!! The staff are so welcoming & couldn't do enough for us! We stayed in the Japan Room and actually felt like I was in Japan the decor is stunning & immaculate to say the least.. The restaurant is something else! Mesmerising Thank you for accommodating us we will definitely be back!! X

The only issue me and my girlfriend had was unfortunately the double bed was very uncomfortable and not very nice to be sleep on I’m sorry the mattress was very springy and low
Hotel had everything we wanted for our mini break after the new year. We travelled with our little dog and the hotel was so accommodating with her. There is even a dedicated doggy poop bin outside. Our dog was even allowed down to breakfast with us and in the restaurant for dinner - they even cooked her up sausages which she loved!
The food at Lokky's restaurant was absolutely stunning - they had so many options for meals for me being gluten and dairy free. I even had to ask again if they were positive it was gluten and dairy free as it was so tasty.
Comfortable,clean hotel with impressive decor. Staff were efficient and friendly. We stayed in the chinese room which was on the 2nd floor,no lift,but this was not a problem. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant,the staff made a fuss of my husband as it was his birthday. Freshly cooked breakfast was excellent. We would recommend and look forward to staying again

Not a major issue but location is slightly outside sandersfoot but is accessible enough by car or a 30 min walk.

We enjoyed our family room. It was warm, but unfortunately the mattress wasn't great and the radiator kept making noises through the night. We understand some things can't be helped.
