Imperial Dragon - Fantastic.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the time we arrived, until we left, the whole experience was fantastic. Staff were all extremely polite and helpful, the room was 1st class and the food exceptional. Couldn't fault a thing. Thank you all for a great break!!

Nice long weekend break.
Pros:

Stayed in room 15 on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, with a nice hot shower. The room was mostly clean with free tea and coffee and Welsh Cakes on arrival. Breakfast at Lokky's was delicious every morning. Ate there once in the evening as well and it was excellent. All staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

The shower head was covered in pink slime mould and the toilet had a very poor flush. There was also a continuous machine buzzing sound through the night that was annoying but none of this was bad enough to spoil our stay.

Staff were all fabulous but a bit more focus on toiletries and cleanliness needed.
Pros:

It was clean enough but could do with a little TLC. Cobwebs above wardrobe and tab filter fell off when switching water on.

Cons:

Not much shower gel and kettle still had water in it. Cobwebs above wardrobe. Tv was old and remote didn’t work well.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The receptionist was extremely friendly and made a lovely fuss of our dog. She made sure we were settled and had everything that we needed for our stay. The facilities are good, rhe bed is so comfy and the room was very warm.
