I liked the relax atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for the plenty of friendly staff:-)
Nothing
David who greeted us was very charming and helpful - alas we did not see him again during our 4 day break. The o-go restaurant experience was not that good, food nice but we were ignored most of the evening whilst other tables seemed to get full attention.
the room was ok but not enough space to put wet clothes there were no hooks for out door wear etc , car park very busy struggled to park , what is it like in the summer months I wonder ?

Really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast as the breakfast was lovely and home-made
The portions in the evening meal were bit too big
The View, room size and the service - well done Room Service in such harsh weather too
Having chosen the room for the view and accommodation (12 yr. old gets to choose bunk or double bed ), the venue as expected, facilitates for health, rather than fun family for a twelve year old, which I should have looked for
As good as always
Nothing it’s 10/10
The hotel had a great atmosphere, the room was super warm which was perfect for a weekend in January and breakfast was fab too!
Nothing.
Locations was good, room was comfortable but noisy
1st morning had no hot water, expensive for what you received
The staff were lovely, the location is great. Breakfast was delicious
There were a lot of leaks. No hot water. It looked a bit run down.
The views
Prior to check in I phoned to clarify if showing sports which they had confirmed and on arrival advised they weren’t showing rugby
Location, view from the room and the staff.
Although the bed linen was obviously clean, the quilt and pillows smelled of dogs (perhaps because the previous guests had let their dog sleep on the bed).
The hotel and the facilities are lovely, amazing views. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice available! So well connect to the beach and gorgeous coastal walks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I found the rooms very basic for the price and the front of the building/entrance is quite tired looking. It doesn't give the best first impression, particularly given that the hotel is lovely inside. Another personal dislike was the chairs in the main bar area, I didn't find them very comfortable to sit and relax on (made from rope), but there are plenty of couches available in the connecting room
