Very nice, great service, not our bag - maybe with the missus
Pros:

The View, room size and the service - well done Room Service in such harsh weather too

Cons:

Having chosen the room for the view and accommodation (12 yr. old gets to choose bunk or double bed ), the venue as expected, facilitates for health, rather than fun family for a twelve year old, which I should have looked for

Great location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Although the bed linen was obviously clean, the quilt and pillows smelled of dogs (perhaps because the previous guests had let their dog sleep on the bed).

Lovely hotel with great views and connections
Pros:

The hotel and the facilities are lovely, amazing views. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice available! So well connect to the beach and gorgeous coastal walks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I found the rooms very basic for the price and the front of the building/entrance is quite tired looking. It doesn't give the best first impression, particularly given that the hotel is lovely inside. Another personal dislike was the chairs in the main bar area, I didn't find them very comfortable to sit and relax on (made from rope), but there are plenty of couches available in the connecting room

If it hadn’t have been for the wondrful staff especially Ash and Louise and Ash it would have been a disaster

The staff were amazing .. Louise and Ash are just wonderful .. They couldn’t have been more helpful .. they are an asset to your company .. fantastic

Too many stairs and the lift wasn’t working

Good hotel for passing through on SWCP

In zekere zin een aanrader en vooral voor reizigers die hun hond willen meenemen.
Pros:

Het uitzicht op de baai vanuit de eet en drinklocaties.
Personeel heel vriendelijk, gedienstig en beleefd.
De kamer was netjes,ruim en voorzien van het nodige, de badkamer was heel netjes.

Cons:

De aanwezigheid van de vele honden en toelating hiervan op de plaatsen waar gegeten wordt, niet zo hygiënisch. Eenmaal moeten constateren dat er geplast werd op de tapis-plein wat moeilijk te onderhouden is. Grote honden die met hun staart het buffet 'streelden'.
