Bedruthan Hotel and Spa dog friendly
Pros:

The spa and rooms were great. Loved the extra touches such as the dog beds, bowls and treats and the milk and biscuits for us. Very food friendly

Cons:

The opening times got the outdoor pool - only 1 till 4. Was very disappointed as this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It's so I could swim and chill and still be able to check my dogs. I can't go that at the beach it's to hot for them. Also disappointed that the cooked breakfast was extra as well which should clearly be stated. The breakfast was good tho. No clear fees on the dogs staying

Excellent hotel, great staff
Pros:

What a well run, comfortable, beautiful hotel (beautiful from the inside, anyway, it looks a little 60's from the outside) with such helpful and friendly staff, focusing on great local ingredients, amazing views and a relaxing stay. Expensive but worth it

Memorable family stay
Pros:

Location, style, design, fabrics, breakfast

Cons:

Some staff betray very subtle signs of contempt! You need to see it but it’s there; a consequence of the place being very impressive indeed and some of them knowing it, just a bit too pleased with themselves.

This is by no means true of all staff, but one or two.

Communication over negative issues is not resolved - again speaks to a slight taking for granted of customers.

Food excellent but overpriced.

Lighting and fixtures in ‘ordinary’ rooms a little below par.

Choose Bedruthan for budget 1 night break.
Pros:

Location was great, food exceptional.

Cons:

Exterior building very tired, appearance not great upon arrival.
Reception, bar & restaurant staff all helpful.
Spa staff not so good, lacking information regarding what’s included within stay, not clear on booking-using outdoor garden spa facilities.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The views are spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the spa treatment and facilities. Both restaurants served delicious food.

Pros:

Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities , especially the spa. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds and lovely spa style bathroom products. I particularly like that it’s a family friendly hotel but also has areas that are relaxing and quiet for adults. The sea views from the terrace and restaurants can’t be beaten. We particularly enjoyed our sundowners on the terrace. I’ve already booked a return visit!

Cons:

Nothing! It was all spot on.☺️
