The location, food and spa were all amazing
The room was a little disappointing as it was small and a little tired looking. However why stay in the room with all the amazing facilities, spa bar and chill out rooms
The room with the sea view was amazing, and the choive for breakfast was wow.
Liked everything.
The room wasn’t up to standard, we had to pay for an upgrade and we had such a poor nights sleep we left without eating breakfast. There was a leaking pipe that ran all night.
The room! It was awful number 76.
Great breakfast, room and room facilities
Dogs...we visited 2 years ago and there is an over emphasis on rooms with dogs. Evening meal in the restaurant was spoilt by constant barking of multiple dogs given rights to be in the restsurant. We were not asked wether we wanted to sit in an area with dogs. Dogs seemed to be everywhere, in the restaurant, on balcony area and sested areas in the hotel.
The hotel needs to make it more specific on its advertising and web site that it is a hotel that priorotises dogs...it wasnt thst 2 years ago.
I liked the relax atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for the plenty of friendly staff:-)
Nothing
David who greeted us was very charming and helpful - alas we did not see him again during our 4 day break. The o-go restaurant experience was not that good, food nice but we were ignored most of the evening whilst other tables seemed to get full attention.
the room was ok but not enough space to put wet clothes there were no hooks for out door wear etc , car park very busy struggled to park , what is it like in the summer months I wonder ?
