This is my second year going to the Canton Fair and staying in this hotel. I love it, I know that is a budget hotel, but the service, the food, the facilities, the crew, the management team, everything comes together to have an enjoyable staying in the Hotel. The Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, a bank across the street, pedicure, pharmacy, stores and even a interesting and decent mall five minutes walking with a good supermarket in the 4th floor. In the same area there is a market with Local Chinese manufactured products and amazing chinaware. I think that the effort of the Hotel management is paying off, I am recommending all my friends to stay there. If you really want more for your money, this is the hotel that will give you a prime class service for an extremely good price. Good sizes rooms and housekeeping, TV, A/C, free internet access, 5 minutes walking distance to the subway, you can not ask for anything better if you are a budget and wise traveler. The neighborhood is safe and the people very polite and helpful.

A simple but comfortable hotel on the whole. Clean with enough space. Reliable wifi in hotel room. Breakfast is Chinese style, average standard. Elevator and room lock operated by key card. Staff was helpful on the whole but could only converse in Mandarin. The telephone line was not connected when I entered the room and the electric water boiler didn't work at first. Both problems were fixed pretty efficiently so I didn't have to change room.

But for one thing, slippers and toothbrush were labelled with price tags in their package in the room. Slippers cost 2 RMB while toothbrush cost 3 RMB. I hadn't brought my own slippers and toothbrush, so I had to use theirs. However, when we consulted the concierge, we were told that we wouldn't be charged. Bathroom provides only one kind of liquid soap for bath and hair washing. Hair dryer also provided.

I choosed this hotel from different options given by the internet, when we arrived there, the hotel looked as we expected, clean and simple.
The experience from the first moment was outstanding, the reception crew was very friendly and helpful, very polite and profesional, the whole 8 mile.
We were there for the export-import fair of Canton (Guangzhou) and the hotel provided us with shuttle service to the fair for free, to take us over there in the morning and bring us back in the afternoon.
Everything was well organize, the breakfast and the dinner, good chinesse food, good service too.
Matresses were a little hard for us, but it is the China standard in matresses.
Finally when we were leaving to come back home, they booked us a taxi to the airport at 04.30 with an excelent service and price.
If you want to make the most of your money when travelling to Canton, this is the hotel that you should stay.

Spent a night here for £18 which wasn't a half bad price compared to places near by. A short walk from the nearest metro stop the hotel is clean and the staff friendly , albeit speaking basic English, but I can't imagine many westerners come through the door.
The room could use a lick of paint but overall isn't half bad. Shower is clean and shampoo was provided.
Tv , air con and wifi all worked well.
Breakfast was catered towards a Chinese market (understandably) but had enough to be enjoyable at 18rmb. Dinner was pretty nice as well.

Cheap but good sized room. Double bed. Basics always present & restocked when room got it's daily clean. Walking distance to jiangtai Lu metro station 4minutes. Useful shopping arcade 4 essentials across road.

As arranged by our guide, we stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. quite surprised. the room is spacey. 2 comfy beds. bedroom with shower and decent toilet and sink. and the most important thing, wifi free around and inside the hotel. they provided TV but we couldnt understand. kettle with few paper cups. daily housekeeping except on our last day. staff are friendly too. and can speak english. got aircond. we had a city view. the hotel area and room are also clean. we also can keep our to be shipped goods in the store rented by the agent. one of the advantage using this agent as our guide since we barely speak chinese.

it was a v good hotel during the fair we payed 350 RMP but out the hotel u cant fined less than 400 RMP its the canton fair so if u will visit Guangzhou came after the fair price is 160 - 200 RMP

This is a clean Hotel for a very cheap price. If you are used to 5 star Hotels and luxury living, this is definitely not the place for you. On the other hand, if you are here for business and you are not expecting 5 star service and facilities and you want to save money this is definitely the place. The Hotel offers clean average rooms and free Wifi internet. It's convenient, not perfectly located, but still the location is not far from the city center. Don't expect a view or room service or a flat screen TV. Its simply a clean room for sleeping. The rooms are airconditioned.

I stay there for a week with my family and also my office mate family. So we book 2 rooms. Rooms are bog as well. It is a very convenient hotel as taxi is really to find. Staffs are friendly adn free internet in the lobby with 2 pc's available for hotel stayers.

4.Metro Station is near.
5.Bus stop is infron of the hotel itself.
6. Front counter knows english a bit yet efficient

We stay here every time we go to Guangzhou. It's cheap, clean, free internet. Location is not great, but it's near where we like to roam, and the subway is fifteen minute walk away. Or just hop on pretty much any bus.
Front desk staff are friendly. Language can be a bit uneven, some speak only Mandarin, others have Cantonese. Only once did we find someone who spoke English. But this hotel mostly Chinese people stay there.
Half a block away (go outside and turn right) there is a rice noodle restaurant that is cheap and super delicious. Eat the rice noodles.
