Lovely place and people!
Pros:

Basic hotel facilities, as the price indicates, but lovely, very clean and the people that run it are very friendly and welcoming - you really feel like one of the family. If you're looking for cheap accommodation, this is excellent. Be warned, though, on Saturday night, the surrounding area gets pretty noisy - you might prefer a room off the main drag if you want to sleep.
