Nice hotel in Vik. I would recommend.
Pros:

Our room viewed the mountains. The two floor family room was nice for our family. Our kids could have their own space.

Cons:

The breakfast area felt very crowded

Good comfortable hotel with amenities and food across the street
Pros:

Modern comfortable hotel in a nice town location - right next to Reynisfjara black sand beach
At least two good restaurant choices for dinner in town.
A good place to stopover for the night and to linger at the beach as the sun sets.

Pros:

Ubytování je strategicky dobře umístěné - pokud jedete Golden Circle. Personál byl milý, snídaně bohaté - nechybělo tam opravdu nic (vajíčka, slanina, káva, sladké pečivo, ovoce, džusy…). Všude čisto.

Cons:

Co se ale týká poměru ceny a výkonu, zda bych tolik pozitivní nebyla. Bylo to naše zdaleka nejdražší ubytování (a to dvojnásobně!) na Islandu a kvalitou nejslabší. Hotel je už starší, zasloužil by si drobek péče. Voda ve sprše celkem dlouho odtékala a chyběl mi na pokoji župan. Za tu cenu jsme opravdu očekávali lepší servis. Už bychom se sem asi nevrátili.

Great, convenient place to stay in Vik
Pros:

Great room - very clean with en suite bathroom. Vik is very small so this place was within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was good but staff were slow at refilling some items during peak times.

Cons:

The cost of the restaurant was high so we went out to the local pub instead. The hotel stay was the most expensive of all the ones we used whilst on our trip. I'm not sure we got any extra benefit for the comparative extra cost, but at the time there was no other places available.

Pros:

The hotel was very good. The room was quiet and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short walk from a shopping center, a gas station, and a supermarket. There is also plenty of free parking available. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and was very satisfied with the hotel.
