The location is perfect—only about 7 minutes from Zell am See town center and 11 minutes from Kaprun, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options.

The owners and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Ein sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt!
Pros:

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte ein sehr schönes, blitzsauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war toll, viel leckeres Obst, Müsli, reichlich Wurst und Käse. Die im Angebot eingeschlossene Summercard bietet vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Klasse!

Really wonderful experience.
Pros:

We were booking on the last day before arrival, we had to arrive much later than the reception closes and the hosting couple provided us explicit instructions on self check-in. They provide an exceptional breakfast and are very caring and attentive to help the guests with the activities of the place. We were provided summer passes that effectively were saving us half of the room price because of free access to public bus, cable cars and many of the attractions. The place is easily accessible by feet from the nearest LocalBahn station. All was great!
