Cardápio do hotel poderia ter mais variações de frango, talvez strogonoff e mais massas.
Ar condicionado deveria estar ligado tb nos corredores do hotel.
Reservas pelo booking são muito complicadas e burocráticas caso precisem fazer alguma alteração na reserva. Melhor fazer direto com o hotel.

Boa mas com potencial enorme para ser excelente .

Da limpeza , tamanho do quarto e café da manhã.

Cons:

A água do chuveiro tem um cheiro horrível . Logo que abre o chuveiro começa o cheiro forte . A cotina não veda toda a claridade. Então , logo cedinho, acorda-se com o sol invadindo o quarto . Puxa de um lado e descobre do outro. As rolhas estavam bem desgastadas , na hora de trocar . Pela estrutura do hotel, as toalhas devem ser impecáveis. Lençol que cobre o colchão não era de estático e não parava no colchão .

Em vez de 7 noites passamos uma noite e mudamos para outro hotel 5 estrelas

Cafe da manha excelente, produtos frescos, sortidos e deliciosos
Equipe da portaria super atenciosa, simpatica e prestativa

Cons:

O conforto do quarto. Não tem kit toilete(cotonete, touca de banho etc), copos para escova e pasta de dente, armario sem gaveta ou prateleira, faltam roupao e chinelos, nao poderia nunca ser um hotel 5 estrelas
O room service não existe.
O chuveiro não tinha agua quente, tomamos banho frio.

Hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito competentes. Aconteceu uma situação que não foi culpa deles, mas eles prontamente resolveram. A acomodação é maravilhosa, muito limpa. Camas super confortáveis. O serviço de quarto é bem ágil.

Good hotel if you know what you are doing.
Pros:

Carlos the bar man and the lady behind the desk who spoke English and was very helpful

Cons:

Shower above the bath, we are old and climbing in was a struggle. The area the hotel is in was run down. Hotel has nothing for tourists, no maps, no info, no advice. Other than the one nice lady who we met on our third day no one to discuss stuff in English.
