Pros:

Vi blev uppgraderade så det var ju trevligt med en större yta att vistas på. Trevlig personal. Riktigt god mat i restaurangen.

Cons:

Glutenfria utbudet på frukosten var ungefär lika tråkigt som på många andra hotell. Lite rörigt upplägg på frukosten, tyckte det var svårt att hitta det jag letade efter. Väldigt smutsiga stolar i matsalen.
När jag skulle duscha kl 5.00 så fanns inget varmvatten, det var iskallt och blev inte ens ljummet.
Rummet/sviten var väldigt varmt och fuktigt trots att det inte var varmt utomhus. Två fläktar gick för fullt men luften blev ändå inte bra.
I receptionen luktade det så starkt av parfym så jag fick hålla andan när jag passerade på väg till frukosten. Hade tänkt säga till efteråt men då fanns det ingen personal tillgänglig.

Rum bra och fräscht. Frukost bra.

Cons:

Ingen mat på hotellet tillgänglig från incheckningstid kl 15. Vi äter inte mc Donalds, vilket man då var hänvisad till som enda alternativ där. Jag har alltid trott att det skall finnas någon form av måltid tillgänglig, förutom frukost, för att kallas hotell.
TV på rummet funkade ej. Vaktmästare att åtgärda detta ej tillgänglig förrän vid avfärd.

Bra hotell med fina rum
Pros:

Fina rum, goa sängar. Rent och fint.
Superbra frukost med massor att välja på. Gott bröd och nybakade croissanter.

Cons:

Varför städar man rummet halvfärdigt? Bara av våra sängar var bäddad när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen. Toan var bara tömd på soporna, inget avtorkat och ingen ny golvhandduk. Inte heller påfyllt med nytt snabbkaffe, så vi fick bara kaffe första dagen på rummet.
