Cons:

Quarto extremamente mofado e úmido, com forte cheiro de mofo. O banheiro estava em condições precárias, sujo e muito mal conservado. Nunca me hospedei em um lugar tão ruim na vida. A estrutura é completamente diferente do esperado e não recomendo a hospedagem.

Bom custo beneficio.
Pros:

O hotel é simples, mas bem organizado, tudo estava muito bem conservado e não senti falta de nada, a localização apesar de um pouco estranha (por ter muitos moradores de rua ao entorno) é bem acessivel para diversos pontos da cidade.

Cons:

O aquecimento central não funcionava corretamente algumas vezes, reportamos na recepção, falaram que voltaria, o que aconteceu, mas novamente ficou sem agua quente em outro momento.
O elevador também era um pouco estranho, os botões pareciam não funcionar muito bem, alguns trancos, em um deles, no outro o problema era que as vezes parava em desnivel com o andar, nada de mais, mas deixando um degral que fez quase com que eu caisse saindo dele.
