Pros:

Alles war gut aber wir hatten ziemlich kleines Zimmer, sonst Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, war Hotel sauber und ruhig, ligt im Zentrum von Stadt Karlsbad

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene Personen!!!

Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Personal war freundlich und kompetent.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren alle sehr sauber.
Das Essen war ok und vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Nutzung des "Wellnessbereiches" ist kostenlos. Allerdings ist der sehr kleine Innenpool, Sprudelbad und die kleine Sauna für ca 3-4 Personen erst ab Nachmittag (in der Woche) nutzbar. Gern hätten wir am Morgen mal das Bad genutzt.
Über mögliche Anwendungen wurden wir nicht informiert, so daß uns 1 Tag verloren ging. Die Sprache der beratende Schwester wegen Anwendungen war auf tschechisch und russisch beschränkt...
Für ein "Wellnesshotel total undiskutabel.
Bei der Vorabfrage wegen Parkplatz wurde gesagt, daß wir erstmal kommen sollen und dann werden uns Parkmöglichkeiten gezeigt. Vor dem Hotel gibt es nur 3 Parkmöglichkeiten, welche man bestellen muss. Das "Zeigen" der weiteren Parkmöglichkeiten war eine Stadtkarte mit Parkplätzen - teilweise 15-20 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Das geht überhaupt nicht...

Pros:

Розташування - самий цент міста.
Номер просторий і чистий. Рушники, постіль білосгіжні, як і халати.
Бассейн і сауна сучасні і доступні весь день.
Різноманітні процедури для оздоровлення і релаксації.
Сніданки гарні. Багато страв і напоїв.
Персонал привітний і швидкий.
Все сподобалось.

Schöne gemütliche Hotel, immer wieder gerne

Hotel ist sauber, Personal ist ganz nett. Die Dame am Empfang ist super freundlich gewesen und gerne alles geklärt mit dem Parkplatz.
