Lage 1A, besser geht es kaum.

Cons:

3 zur Verfügung stehende Parkplätzen die bestenfalls nur von „Dauergästen“ belegt sind. Kein Service für weiter weg gelegene Parkplätze - man muss laufen - auch wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Saunaöffnungszeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Personal tritt mitunter sehr bestimmend auf (Restaurant/Rezeption). Keine Klimaanlage - wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter.

Im Großen und Ganzen für den Preis in Ordnung

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute zentrale Lage, Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich ist eher klein mit einem Mini Whirlpool und das Frühstück war nicht sehr geschmacksintensiv

Lo que más nos gustó fué el masaje que recibimos por el profesional ubicado en la zona del spa.

Cons:

La comida del buffet no nos gustó.

Pros:

Waren zum zweiten mal da. Uns hat wieder alles super gefallen. Angefangen vom Empfang über das Zimmer bis hin zum Personal und dem leckeren Frühstück. Habe schon für Dezember wieder gebucht.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Venus in Karlsbad. Das gesamte Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es war immer ausreichend vorhanden und wurde ansprechend serviert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel Venus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
