disappointing
Pros:

It was clean. There was even a maid vacuuming at 8 pm which I thought was odd.

Cons:

I was charged more than I should have been. I booked on Booking.com and it included taxes but the hotel still charged me more and I had to go through a contest procedure and it took my time and energy. Also, we booked it for the waterslide but the lady at the front desk told us it was only open on the morning of our arrival, which we were going to not be there that early and the evening of the day we were leaving after 5pm. So, we knew we wouldn't be there for those times and didn't bring our swimsuits. But, turns out the waterslide was open the night we were there and my kids had to watch others go on it and in the pool.

Swimming pool & slide

Cons:

Hockey players running the halls and banging on our door. Your life guards are useless. The female lifeguard wearing socks was playing on her phone while talking to the other lifeguard. The female lifeguard sat facing away from the slide. The male was so engaged in the females conversation neither noticed several kids going up the slide together, Grandma yelling at kids to wait their turn or move away from the slide or toddlers going down the slide. Please tell your lifeguards that they need tp sit at opposite sides of pool so they can actually be lifeguards. The Grandma should be hired instead

exactly what we needed
Pros:

I booked this one for the pool as we were travelling with children who would need to blow off steam. They did!
Beds were comforable as were the pillows. It was quiet and the staff thoughfully kept us away from the hockey tournement guests

Cons:

Just a note that there were life guards at the pool who were not lifeguarding (sitting chatting)

Visiting the family
Pros:

But I like about it is that it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. The price point isn’t bad. They have an eatery inside the hotel I like as an option. The rooms to clean and the beds are comfortable

Unhappy with our experience
Pros:

We booked two adjoining rooms they looked great. While having a bath I noticed pubic hair on the walls of the shower and in the corner of the floor. I went to grab the towel and the towel rack fell on the floor fixed it and it fell again. The pool was the worst. It had sand and dirt all over the bottom of it. It'was cold and also there were no towels to be had. A lady went and grabbed some from the exercise room but they were really small. We found a hair clip that didn't belong to any of us and dirt around the bed Also in our one room there was no conditioner. I reported this to many people and not once has anyone even contacted me. This is such a nice motel but they are gonna lose business if they don't address these issues.

Cleaning staff knocking on my door before 8am on checkout day when checkout time is 12pm !! Asked front desk about it , was told that their cleaning staff didn't start at that time but we walked by the cleaning staff in halway 10 minutes after knock !! She lied to me !!
