Clean, friendly, under-appointed
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff

Cons:

No pullout sofa or cot was available. We had to go out and purchase an air mattress to make our stay viable. Very disappointing considering we specifically chose Courtyard Marriott because of previous positive experiences, but this has tainted our preference and I’ll be looking for alternative hotels for our next trip.

Great Hotel, friendly and accomodating stuff but don't use booking.com
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and roomy and the hotel let us use a blow up mattress that we usually have in the car since this happened before when we stayed over in Syracuse last year (booking.com also). Friendly and accommodating stuff and nice pool.

Cons:

Booking.com told me that the room had a sofabed. There were 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids when making the reservation booking.com said that the room has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed...when we got there at 9 pm we were told that the room does not have a sofa bed and that it is common for third parties like booking.com to do this.

Good hotel
Pros:

Solid hotel. Right off the highway. Pool was insanely busy and loud. Didn’t bother with the water slide because the line was 10 kids deep at any given time. Lots to do without walking distance.
