Lovely hotel, no complaints
Pros:

Very spacious and modern room, absolutely spotless. Staff were very friendly. Parking on site. Location was perfect for us as we were using it as a stop on a longer drive - easy access to highway, surrounded by outlets and nearby restaurants. 5 min walk to bus stop into downtown.

Pros:

The staff, very attentive and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast restaurant lots of friendly smile staff and food was great

Cons:

Unable to open any windows. Appreciate we were on ground floor but usually have extendable security locks.

Good access to the highway, restaurants and shopping in a near distance.

Cons:

Our room was across the elevator. It was loud later at night and early morning.
We booked a king room. We were assigned a king room with disability access. It had many safety bars.
None of our two access cards were working. We had to call reception. Neither their card was working.
It was annoying.

Pros:

This is a hotel we have stayed at often. The quality has gone down. The sheets on the bed were thin and tired. The front desk was ok but not the usual standard of a Sheraton property.

Cons:

The reception could have been a bit more outgoing. The room just looked tired and the bedding was very tired!!!
We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and we always felt like "we were having a real treat" This time it was just "so so"
