Solid hotel. Right off the highway. Pool was insanely busy and loud. Didn’t bother with the water slide because the line was 10 kids deep at any given time. Lots to do without walking distance.
Location is accessible in everything. Staff are amazing and very clean.
Nothing.

We were in here for a night as my partner had an event at CFB Kingston.
We picked this hotel specifically for the slide at the pool for my child. It was not entirely clear that the slide was to be in operation only from Saturday 9-1 and 5-9 and Sunday 9-1. The hot tub was also covered by a large sodden platform. This is specifically why I'm not giving a perfect score for our stay. There things should be mentionned either on the booking (more easily accessible in the hotel information) or upon check in. We were told the lifeguard did not come in - but the what I was subsequently able to find was that the slide simply isn’t in operation during week days.
Otherwise, our stay was great. Upon checking in (early, around 2PM) we were greeted warmly. When I expressed a concern with the initial room we were attributed (Ist floor, near elevators) saying I was a light sleeper, the lovely lady at the front most definitely heard me and gave us a room on the 4th floor, away from elevators. That was extremely appreciated.
The beds were lovely, the room was clean. There are things around that seem like they could use a bit of love but in general, and for the price, this was a really nice return to the Marriott chain for us as we typically, usually stay in another competitor's brand.
We will probably be back on a future family trip.
Staff were lovely, really welcoming and offering ideas about the area and where to eat. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Gym and pool were great. Free parking
It is in a more industrial area, but the parking was free to use as a base to see other places.
Location, quiet
Should upgrade to a bigger smart TV
Everything. Staff, pool and rooms were awesome. Great coffee in the morning and well maintained hotel
Nothing
We stayed here for one night while traveling Canada with another couple. The location is not in downtown and seemed closer to the highway.
I found the atmosphere to be very nice. I love the tribute in the lobby to the member of the Tragically Hip.
Our room was a standard Courtyard room. It was quiet, clean, and the bed comfortable.
I would have rated my review higher but for the customer service of the check-in agents. We called and asked about an early check-in. Gwen is who we spoke too and she advised that yes, early check-in was available and for free. We were NOT asked if we were Marriott Bonvoy members. When we arrived, a young man informed us there was no early check-in. Gwen came over and he told her we weren't Bonvoy members so we couldn't check in. Gwen stated that she had thought we were and it was ok to check us in early. He responded in a very snotty tone "if you want them checking in for free, you do it." I don't know if he didn't like his job or Gwen. Either way, I didn't appreciate witnessing this interaction.
I don't know how the bistro was as we opted to not eat there. All in all, a great stay and I would stay here again if ever in Kingston.
I could hear people talking in the room next door -- almost as if we were in the same room. Better sound-proofing would have been appreciated.
Very convenient location for travel, kids loved the pool and waterslide, staff were very warm and helpful.
