Tutto sommato es un linea generale é stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole

Le Stanze veramente súper attrezzate e il fatto che nell’hotel ci fossero lavatrici e asciugatrici veramente wow, colazione soddisfacente .

Cons:

Igiene quasi sufficiente, almeno una spazzata tutti i giorni andrebbe fatta o lasciare una scopa e una paletta affinche si possa in autonomia pulire.

It was located in my hometown of San Marcos and nice swivel tv.

Cons:

To start we checked in super late about 20mins after midnight or so and I have neck problems so I asked for more pillows since the ones they give you the minute you lay on them they go flat. The front desk said no I woke up with a bad neck. 2nd thing before the stay I got a call from a lady there going over my stay I asked about late check in and late check out. She informed me if I do late check in it needs to be before 2am and late check out they charge hourly after 12pm. This is the problem I told my wife we could sleep in cuz we can check out late I just gotta pay but then I called to do that an they said they don’t do that and we have to be out by 12. It’s freaking Christmas and they couldn’t do that. The lady called me DAYS before my reservation when I was still ABLE to cancel. But then after dec 20 u can’t cancel and she said it would be fine so I didn’t question. If I had known I would’ve picked another hotel or stayed with someone.

Pros:

Size of the room was good, and having kitchen space. Front desk staff were quite nice.

Cons:

Hall carpeting is very worn and buckled. The sofa bed was terrible, even with a comforter over the springs. Breakfast was only so-so.
