We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

They upgraded up to a bigger room with a view of the square. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.

Cons:

The breakfast area was small and it got very crowded

The perfect break for travelling for IVF

location, modern room and hotel with comfort. for being in the city it was remarkably quiet. staff are very friendly and the breakfast options were fantastic.

I was on the ground floor and i did have a few ants but nothing too bad.

Charmant hôtel, calme et confort en plein coeur de Prague
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable dans la tour médiévale, emplacement à côté de Karluv Most et pourtant très calme, excellent petit-déjeuner

Месторасположение идеальное для туристов и при этом, что удивительно, не шумно, если конечно вам повезет с соседями по отелю! Завтрак отличный, очень хороший выбор блюд и в течении дня можно делать себе кофе или шоколад и угощаться печеньками. Есть лифт.

Cons:

Из персонала только мужчина в очках и две молодые девушки на ресепшене были вежливы. Дама в возрасте, Helena, не была такой милой и любила устраивать допросы после которых складывается впечатление, что ты асоциальный элемент заселившийся в дешевый хостел. Официантка которая пополняет запасы еды это отдельный кадр, 18.04.26 утром, имели честь почувствовать себя попрошайками которые пришли в ее дом и угощаются ее едой без ее ведома. Прибежала, пыталась вклиниться перед нами не для пополнения запасов, а для того, что бы положить себе еды и всем своим видом подавала знаки, как она недовольна, что ходят тут всякие из-за которых ей не получилось вклиниться без очереди, что бы тоже покушать. Господа владельцы, для персонала отведите место, где они могут спокойно покушать вне очереди не кошмаря постояльцев. И не помешало бы провести курсы повышение квалификации для выше перечисленных дам. Отель определенно не дотягивает до 4 звезд. Дерганный тесный лифт, не очень качественная уборка номера (грязный пол с черными волосами и это сразу видно так как у нас светлые), подсветка в шкафу которая живет своей жизнью, запах кошачьей мочи в туалете и балки (стропила) о которые можно разбить голову когда встаешь ночью в туалет, так как номер мансардный и всё это не добавляют удобств посетителям, задумайтесь об этом, так как в целом потенциал у отеля есть.
