Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le logement qui était sans fenêtre dans la chambre et au dessus d’un bar. On a mis 2h à faire le Check in pour au final devoir accepter un logement plus petit.
Et pour les casiers à ski , impossible de faire rentrer 4 paires complètes… encore un temps fou pour avoir un deuxième casier, et en cours de séjour on nous a enlevé nos skis de ce casier …. On a du se justifier à nouveau, et insisté pour avoir quand même un deuxième casier.
Dommage l’emplacement est super et la restauration est très bien.
Mais si vous ne bataillez pas un peu on vous refile une prestation pas la hauteur

Heel fijn hotel op een super locatie. Kan hier en daar wel wat vernieuwd worden.
Pros:

De locatie, direct aan de piste! Fijne kamers en heerlijk in de sauna na het skiën.

Cons:

Het avondeten is niet op niveau, geen water of waterkoker op de kamer, het zwembad en de bar(tafels) kunnen best wat gezelliger, haardroger is heel oud.

Boo localização. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Ele é ski-in e ski-out. Fica pertinho da Labasert.

Cons:

Falta um frigobar no quarto. Sobremesas são ruins, parece aqueles doces bonitos da resort, porém gosto.

El hotel en conjunto. Ubicación con salida directa a pistas. El buffet de desayuno y cena. El personal de restauración.

Cons:

La predisposición de parte del personal de recepción. El secador de pelo. La crema corporal, el champú y el gel de baño. Que no haya acondicionador de pelo.

La cercanía a la pista de esquí.

Cons:

Hemos ido varios años y hemos ido viendo cómo cada vez ha perdido calidad, la comida y el trato del personal. Es un hotel que se caracterizaba por el buen trato, pero ahora parece que te estén haciendo un favor por un servicio mínimo decente. La verdad, a la próxima buscaremos otras alternativas.

A bit expensive, there is only steaming room and it is tiny and to ask to buy a swimming cap for 5 euros it is not the thing you expect for a price you payed

Overall, it is a great hotel with an excellent location and a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the ski-in routes directly into the hotel definitely add to the overall experience.

Cons:

A small fridge and a kettle in the room are really missing. No bottled water is provided, and there is no convenient access to nearby shops

El spa no es gran cosa, realmente es una piscina pequeña y un jacuzzi, pero aceptable tras un día de esquí

Gran luxe tenir la pista d’esqui davant de l’hotel
Pros:

La pista d’esqui es al costat de l’hotel.
Tens botiga per poder llogar equipacio d’esqui al mateix hotel
El bufet de sopar i esmorzar es molt correcte

Cons:

Per anar a l’habitacio havia d’agafar 3 ascensors diferents i et confonia.
