Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

El hotel espectacular, no le faltaba ningún detalle para todas las edades, el personal, mas espectacular 👌 todos siempre con una sonrisa y super atentos, pero en plan familiar, empleados así, hay que cuidarlos mucho, supongo que sera asi porque todo funcionaba super super bien 👍 repetiremos sin duda 100x100 recomendado

Me ha encantado el Hotel super bonito y acogedor!
Pros:

Hotel muy completo super bonito, el detalle de dejarte las toallas para la piscina, todo limpio cuidando cada detalle tanto del interior como del exterior con muchas flores muy bonito!!

Cons:

Lo unico que diria es la calidad del buffet de la cena para mi gusto un poco media baja en cambio el desyuno mucho mejor!
Cuando vuelva solo cojere desyuno!

The view of the room is outstanding
The facility is amazing
The food is amazing, specially we are celiac.
The staff in the restaurant is very friendly

Cons:

My daughter is only 8 months old.
We had stayed only one night in the hotel and this is our first time here.
The baby crib mattress has fallen to the ground and it has costed my baby hurt herself on her head and her body.
When I informed to the receptionist we did not receive a apologies.
And after crying for 30 mins my baby finally fell asleep in the floor with pillows she told me to move her into another crib to sleep, and her attitude was like: well…that’s your problem if you choose not to put her inside the crib that’s your choice.”

It was really disappointing.
And it was really unprofessional.
It’s not fair and should not be taking care in this way.
Plus we were charged more than what we reserved online because they informed we booked the crib for the baby.

It was really not a good solution after a baby fallen to the ground and you just told parents up to you we already brought you the crib.

La ubicació i les vistes des de la habitació a la muntanya (pistes).La habitació del 3er pis és confortable encara que sense aire és calorosa.El servei de bufet tan del esmorzar com del sopar es variat, generós i la qualitat és bona.
La persona (noi)de recepció que ens va donar la benvinguda, sense ganes, res a veure amb la noia de la tarda, agradable, que ens ho va explicar tot molt amable.

A l'hivern ha de ser un luxe poder arribar esquiant fins l'hotel.
L'establiment està molt ben decorat i amb una petita col·lecció de motos i cotxes clàssics.
