Location was super. Short walk to coffee shop and markets. All major attractions walking distance for us. Nice quiet neighbourhood.

Amstel Corner Hotel is in a reasonably convenient location for exploring Amsterdam, with many attractions and neighborhoods within easy reach. However, despite the location, it was not a good choice for my stay, and I would not stay here again.
The hotel is an old house converted into a hotel, and it does not have a reception or an elevator. My room was on the third floor, which made carrying luggage up the stairs inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit in the room was also extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep with the AC on. On top of that, the noise from the neighboring rooms was terrible and significantly affected the quality of my stay.
The host was very nice and polite, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, the lack of an elevator, the noisy air conditioning, the poor soundproofing, and the absence of a reception made the overall experience disappointing.
Overall, although the location is acceptable and the host was kind, Amstel Corner Hotel was not a good choice for me, and I would not stay here again.
The price was too high
El Bed and breakfast, que no un hotel, está en un edificio histórico muy bonito con un balcón al canal y una terraza a un patio interior. La limpieza es excelente.
No es un hotel, es un B&B. No hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas para niños pequeños o llevar las maletas. Tienes toda la planta de un edificio para ti, pero realmente es un enorme salón con una cocina completa, pero son sofas-camas y el baño es el hueco de la escalera y la ducha es el propio suelo del baño. La TV, la cortina del baño y la cortina del ventanal estaban rotas, se lo comentamos al propietario y dijo que lo iba a solucionar pero nunca lo hizo.

The property is beautiful. The rooms decorated nicely and the balcony is fantastic!
It’s a tiny bit out of the centre but still a good location. My girlfriend wasn’t a fan of the stairs but I didn’t mind them.

Aside from check in , Owner non existent. We could not ask any questions about restaurants, etc. At end of our stay, we finally saw him and asked if he would call us a taxi for departure the next day.
Cute room, great location and Fokko was extremely helpful as a host.
The stairs are a typical Amsterdam experience!

We knew it had no elevator. However, we did not know the stairs were so steep. We could not stay and the host understood.
