Pros:

Beautiful property, stayed in ‘the play room’, very nice room, plenty of space, nice facilities, all round perfect for my stay in Amsterdam

Cons:

Only thing I’d suggest is better cooking equipment but only a minor advisory

Amazing Stay
Pros:

Amstel Corner is away from the hustle and bustle but only a few tram stops (tram number 4) from the city centre. We stayed in the honeymoon room and we loved it. We loved the balcony and large and clean room.

Fokko was lovely and greeted us on arrival. We were late as our flight was delayed then we got lost but he was still welcoming and easy to contact via WhatsApp.

The stairs to the room are steep but we didn’t mind and it was worth it for the room. We would deffo recommend and we will come again!

The hotel was wonderful.. I would love to go back!
Pros:

The Amstel was in a great part of town- close to everything but just far enough away from the busier parts like the red light district. There was a great view of the canal, and it was just a few blocks away from a huge street market. Close to the train station and other transport. My husband accidentally left his passport in the room when we checked out. The proprietor save our trip my mailing the passport to our next destination! We were so grateful and he saved us from having to go to the embassy.

Cons:

The staircase was very narrow and steep. It was difficult to navigate even for people in good physical shape.

Fabulous room in a nice quiet location, great host!
Pros:

The hotel room was so luxurious and spacious. It was my wife’s 30th birthday and it just felt like a treat.

Cons:

The very narrow stair case. It is about nerve racking going up and down but the room was worth it.

Está muy bien ubicado. En 20 minutos andando estas en el centro.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos el día del check-in nos encontramos que nuestra habitación estaba siendo ocupada por otra persona. El dueño del hotel nos indicó que se solucionaría para el día siguiente. Al día siguiente, nos dieron otra habitación que también estaba ocupada. Nos consiguió ubicar en una habitación que no tenía agua caliente ni toallas.

Μόνο καλό στρώμα ..τίποτα άλλο βασικά

Cons:

Ήταν πάρα πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο βασικά αναγκαστικά περνάμε ταξί κάθε μέρα ούτε μετρό είχε κοντά δεκαπέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια μέσα στο κρύο του Άμστερνταμ και την βροχή .Το δωμάτιο ήταν τρίτος όροφος με 54 πολύ στενά κατακόρυφα σκαλιά δεν είχε ασανσέρ …σκέτη φρίκη .Πληρωσαμε περίπου διακόσια ευρώ την βραδιά γιατί στην σελίδα σας έλεγε ότι ήταν στο κέντρο και δίπλα σε κανάλι που ήταν αλλά μακριά από οτιδήποτε άλλο Ούτε σούπερ μάρκετ δεν είχε κοντά δεν είχε τίποτα κοντά .Πολυ κακή επιλογή
