Siamo stati molte volte in questo hotel ma se devo faee un appunto mi dispiace che a tavola non ci siano più le tovaglie sostituite da tovagliette all'americana per la cena e da niente per la colazione, non lo trovo igienico e non adeguato ad un hotel 4 stelle superior

La vista dalla camera è spettacolare, il cibo molto buono. Staff del ristorante super, hotel molto bello

Cons:

Acqua della piscina fredda, nessuna Jacuzzi, c’erano bambini in sauna (nessun controllo).
La signora alla reception ha sbuffato perché non parlavo inglese al check out, la signorina che lavora con lei molto gentile e con i modi si è fatta capire, mi sono anche scusata perché il mio tedesco è insufficiente. Nelle vicinanze nessun locale aperto. Nessun intrattenimento serale

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend di relax e non ci ha delusi.
Belle camere dotate di tutto e oltre, piscina, saune, sala fitness, prenotando massaggi di ogni tipo...e poi immerso in un parco con vista lago.
Ristorante al top così come lo staff.
L'hotel ha tanta storia e negli ambienti si vede, però è comunque molto curato e siamo stati veramente bene.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Traum ist der Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das mehrgängige Abendessen ausgezeichnet und die Kellner:innen sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Schade ist, dass der Saunabereich erst ab dem Nachmittag genutzt werden kann. Gerade am Abreisetag wäre es fein, wenn das schon am Vormittag möglich wäre.

Pros:

Von überall ein toller Blick auf den Wörthersee und ins Grüne. Das Service war gut und immer freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es ein großes Angebot und auch der Frühstücksaal hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Mir wäre es recht gewesen, wenn es eine Beschriftung auf der Dusche gegeben hätte. So haben wir raten müssen, wo kalt und warm ist.
