Tolles Hotel mit bestem Personal

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Hotel – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Parkhote

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen! Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam – von der Rezeption über den Service bis hin zum Lehrmädchen. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr sauber, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und familiär. Ein Ort, an dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

Cons:

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hätten unseren Aufenthalt am liebsten noch verlängert.

The walk to the lake is easy but the strategy for chairs is ridiculous. Check out 40 people in the queue.. general check out at 11h check in at 15h

Immer wieder gerne, es war wirklich toll!!!!

Die Anlage samt Aussenbereich ist wunderschön, das Essen war sensationell! (Gruß und Danke nochmal an die Küche)! Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, der Balkon mit Ausblick war ein Träumchen, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!!

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nur 2 Punkte, die Verbesserungswürdig sind 1.) der Fitnessraum ist leider sehr sperrlich eingerichtet, es ist daher sehr schwierig angemessen trainieren zu können, zudem sind die 2 vorhandenen Kraftgeräte auch schon seeeeehr in die Jahre gekommen und 2.) Die Betten sind eine Spur zu weich (wobei das natürlich von Person zu Person variiert, jeder mag es dann doch ein bisschen anders ;o)

Leider nicht empfehlenswert, Preis-Leistung passt gar nicht.

Cons:

Die Dame von der Rezeption war äußerst inkompetent und total überfordert. Nach dem check-out um 11 Uhr, mussten wir sofort den Parkplatz verlassen und durften auch den Strandabschnitt nicht mehr benutzen, was ich bis dato noch nie am Wörthersee erlebt habe.

Fußball WM. Zum Leidwesen vieler Gäste Übertragung ohne Ton. Alle 4 Jahre könnte man da eine Ausnahme machen
