Pros:

Von überall ein toller Blick auf den Wörthersee und ins Grüne. Das Service war gut und immer freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es ein großes Angebot und auch der Frühstücksaal hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Mir wäre es recht gewesen, wenn es eine Beschriftung auf der Dusche gegeben hätte. So haben wir raten müssen, wo kalt und warm ist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen
Pros:

Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl, Service sehr hilfsbereit, Lage wunderbar mit toller Aussicht und viel Grünfläche.

Cons:

Eingangstür eng und schwer zu öffnen, besonders mit Koffer

Sehr schöner und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war zudem ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Mit der Hotelrezeption – insbesondere mit den dort Auszubildenden und Praktikanten – waren wir nicht zufrieden.
Die Wörthersee Plus Card sowie Landkarte haben wir bei der Ankunft leider nicht erhalten, sondern erst am letzten Tag.
Beim Badezimmer hätten wir eine Dusche anstelle der Badewanne bevorzugt.

Hier in diesem Haus anzukommen, bedeutet, freundlich begrüßt und bedient zu werden, Gast zu sein .
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, und wenn man auf dem Balkon die Morgensonne und den schönen, gepflegten Park vor Augen hat, mit dem Ausblick auf den See, kann man nur begeistert sein und genießen. Die Lage hier ist einzig und wunderbar.
Zudem kann ich mich bei der gesunden und großen Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets entscheiden, ob ich mein Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder im geräumigen Speisesaal einnehme.

Cons:

Da kann ich spontan keine Antwort geben - ohne wirklich scharf nachzudenken.
Und eigentlich genieße ich hier jeden Tag, und das ist für uns einfach "Urlaub im eigenen Land" !

Das Hotel selbst ist eine Mischung aus Retro und Modern. Gross und eine traumhafte Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Frechheit. Aufgestapelte Wurst, lieblos hergerichtet und wirkte schon alt. Mir hat es regelrecht gegraust. Wenig Auswahl geboten

Kurzurlaub am Wörthersee

Das Personal im Restaurant, an der Bar & Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich haben wir das Licht als störend empfunden, die vielen Deckenleuchten sind zu grell und direkt über den meisten Liegen, sowohl im Ruheraum als auch im Schwimmbad, das hat etwas von einer Verhörlampe..., und die bessere, weil indirekte LED-Beleuchtung flackert ständig. Außerdem war es etwas zu kühl um sich richtig wohlfühlen.


Schade war auch, das ab dem 2. Abend das eigentliche Restaurant geschlossen war und alle anwesenden Gäste in einer Ecke des Foyers dinieren mussten.

Es gibt für das Dinner einen Dresscode und dann so etwas, sehr enttäuschend...


Es gab 1 Wellness/Beauty/Massagegutschein pro Person, aber 3 Tage geschlossen...
