Top locatie leuk personeel

Cons:

beetje vergaande glorie. Vloer stuk, kastjes randjes.
Het geheel was aan een opknap beurt toe en helaas was er een overheersende riool licht in de hal aanwezig

Unzumutbare hygienische Bedingungen

Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage.
Haustierfreundlich

Cons:

Vor einigen Jahren noch toll und aussergewöhnlich, mittlerweile leider sehr abgewohnt und verdreckt.
Geputzt wird hier selten bis gar nicht.
Es gibt nur auf einer Seite des Betts Strom, eine einzige Gabel, keinen Fernseher, keinen Fön, kaum Licht im Bad …
Aber das eigentlich Schlimme:
ein beißender Gestank nach Kloake im ganzen Haus.
Trotz freundlicher Anfrage hat der Vermieter die Stornierung einer Nacht (von drei) kommentarlos abgelehnt.
Da kann auch die ohne Frage sehr tolle und zentrumsnahe Lage mit vielen Lokalen und Cafés nichts retten.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht wieder kommen!

Locatie top. Personeel supervriendelijk!

Cons:

Kamer gedateerd, er hing een enorm penetrante rioollucht door heel het gebouw, was niet te doen. Water douche liep niet weg, kraan keuken zat los, schoenen van iemand anders boven in het aanrecht kastje. Vuil onder het bed. Tsja..... jammer.

What an amazing place to stay! Totally unique location. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Bar and cafe downstairs were also fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will return here as soon as I can.

Pros:

The mentioned four star rating on the site is a bit misleading. These are apartments without service, and minimal communication. Room was very cold when I arrived at night. No elevators.
Other than that, apartment is spacious enough.

Shower was a totally disaster. All water was flooting into the bedroom. Could not take a shower unfortunately.
