Le personnel du restaurant était à l'écoute, serviable et prévenant.
L'entretien de la chambre était soigné, avec de petites attentions de la femme de chambre attitrée (présentation artistique des serviettes, renouvellement à la demande des peignoirs de bain)
L'équipe d'animation était agréable bien que réduite en cette saison de printemps.
Un Spa, propre et agréable dans son ensemble avec un personnel professionnel que je recommande.
L'accueil à la réception était irrégulier en termes de gentillesse et d'écoute.
Un gros volume de clients défile, un sourire, un mot agréable devrait être de bon ton quels que soient les personnels de service, surtout dans un établissement de cette catégorie.
Par ailleurs, nous étions en demi pension, ce qui était voulu.
Il conviendrait de prendre soin d'une clientèle qui paie en plus du tarif choisi, tout ce qu'elle consomme
.Nous n'avons pas eu cette sensation et c'est bien dommage.
Enfin, les grillages délimitant la fin des jardins et le début de la plage sont d'un goût douteux et font plus penser à une prison qu'à un hôtel de luxe, le tout au nom de la sécurité
La vue / la chambre / le repas / l’accueil
I visited this hotel for a week in April with my family. This was our first family holiday after 12 years. We were really excited to stay at this “5-star” resort. We were greeted by one helpful staff who assisted us with taking our luggage to our rooms. Besides that, every staff we encountered were rude and obnoxious. From management all the way to maintenance team.
Whenever we called the option for assistance, staff were not helpful. It felt as if we were constantly lied to by every staff.
The staff within the restaurant were immensely rude, constantly hovering around tables and clearing plates as we would eat. Always huffing and puffing whenever we required assistance. It would appear that everyone was always in a rush.
The conditions of the rooms were just awful. We would constantly have an invasion of red ants which were a pest to get rid of. The floors were not vacuumed, only mopped to an extent.
There were stains on the covers upon our arrival, the phone and remote for TV were full of dust. There were lingering smells within the toilet room which was so horrendous you would have to cover your nose to go in.
The hotel is very pleasing upon sight but after analysing, it is obvious the hotel is awful. I would recommend to stay away from this place and look elsewhere.
Fantastic service all over, the staff are amazing, the facilities are up to date.
Beautiful marble lobby and interiors. Well-kept gardens. Carefully tended beach. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. All very lovely throughout. Very clean. Food good. Staff delightful. Etc
A few things to improve.
A). Sort out the coffee! It’s a coffee-drinking nation. The coffee was poor. Also, have minted tea available at meals.
B) Put up signs around the pool and garden asking people not to play their own music through Bluetooth speakers. It’s anti-social and lowers the tone of the place.
C) Allow all-inclusive guests to use the sauna without charge.
These things don’t detract from the 5* review. It’s a very nice hotel.

I came here with no expectations, and i had the surprise of my life. Its not just the place , which looks like heaven if i could describe heaven somehow..its everything!! The people are so kind and so attentive, the food is absolutely delicious and varied. The staff is always ready to help and always smiling . I will definitely come back and tell everyone i know about it. Thank you with all my heart.
La chambre au dernier ètage avec vue sur la mer était grande et confortable. La restauration est de bonne qualité avec la découverte de bons plats tunisiens.

Il manquait juste une couette supplémentaire pour un grand lit à disposition. On a eu un peu froid. Ke jus d'orange proposé dans le hall n'est pas bon.
On ne peut pas accéder au spa librement, pour accéder à la piscine à remous ou au hammam.
I booked a tour to El Jem on Saturday through the hotel reception. I was charged 350 Dinar. Taken there in a car; left to explore the amphitheatre by myself for an hour, then taken to the nearby museum.
I was under the impression it was an organised tour. It was not.
It is my first time in Tunisia and this experience of an other-priced car journey ruined the day for me.
The hotel needs to direct those on holiday ro reputable tour guides who give a professional service at a cheaper rate

Beautiful hotel.
The rooms were big and beautiful.
Nice view from our hotel room which faces the street.
Can eat food outside of main dinning times due to late breakfast in the morning and snacks dinning in the afternoon. So if you wake up late or you went out in the afternoon, you can still get something to eat. The food was varied and many options to choose from.
Restaurant and bar staff are very courteous and friendly.
Entertainment and activities were on offer daily; different ones.
Location is great for walking to the high street.
It was the beginning of the season and I love this as not overcrowded.
The coastline was nothing to write home about but the hotel has no control over this and so this will not affect my rating of the hotel.
I will stay there again. We went there to chill and we achieved this. Lovely.

Je déjà venu plusieurs fois à l'hôtel royal el mansour mahdia et j'ai toujours été très satisfait. L'accueil, l'installation, la restauration, l'animation, ainsi que le service de chambre du bar et du spa sont de très grande qualité.
Je n'ai pas rencontré de mécontentement, tout les services sont au petit soins tout en étant souriant et agréable
