Some of cutlery was not really clean. You can feel some grease on it.

Great experience. I strongly recommend this resort.
Pros:

Very kind, smiling and responsive staff. The food, the beach, the pool, the architecture of the resort are super nice!

Cons:

The 1st two days we had uncomfortable pillows and mattress but then they changed them as soon as we reported the situation.

Good but not the best
Pros:

The variety of food, the view, the location and the staff

Cons:

Empty fridge for a suite is an exclamation mark for a hotel iberostar, even if we have to pay when checking out the fridge needs to be full with beverages and snaks and specialy water . We have bin to hundreds hotels around the world we never had an empty fridge specialy when booking a suite

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The staff were so kind and welcoming always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The room was beautiful: spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We had everything we could ask for and slept wonderfully every night.

The food was outstanding fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Every meal was a treat, and the breakfast spread was especially impressive.

And the pool! Gorgeous, clean, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent many happy hours there.

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Every little detail was taken care of, and the warmth of the team made us feel truly at home. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Pros:

J'ai passé un séjour inoubliable et j'ai trouvé des accueils chaleureux et des services bien organisés, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, la qualité du restaurant est génial, équipe d'animation extraordinaire avec des différents programmes d'animation pendant mon séjour un grand respect aussi aux serveurs du restaurant.

Le soleil, la mer, la bonne bouffe et les personnes aimables et accueillant sont la définition de cet hôtel. Vive la Tun
Pros:

Un hôtel exceptionnel, les personnels sont très accueillants , serviables et aimables. J’ai beaucoup aimé la qualité de la bouffe au restaurant. L’emplacement est magnifique pas loin de la médina et au bord de la mer qui est aussi magnifique. Enfin il mérite bien les 5 étoiles.
