Pros:

Staff very friendly, excellent food in Vincent.

Cons:

Corridors and some areas are a little dated. Could do with loungers by the pool.

Better alternatives available
Pros:

The pool was out of order but was informed late. The breakfast was dingy and very little choose. Compared to other hotels in Lilongwe it is very poor

Cons:

Property is tired. And needs upgrading. ThrbTVs don’t work. Very slow service.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick to greet the guests. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I chose this hotel because I was told It had a feel of Old Malawi. In my opinion, it feels like every other large. Convention catering. Hotel.. There is no personality, nothing unique. Just floors and floors of standard. Cookie-cutter rooms. Filled with people attending conventions at the Convention Center across the street.. It's expensive. And Bland. Nothing Special. Outdated decor. Wifi was spotty
