Quarto muito degradado (mobília, tapete, paredes, etc), WC mal limpo e com água fria (mesmo tendo reclamado, não resolveram a situação, ficámos 2 noites e não conseguiu tomar um banho de água quente).

Me encanta el hotel.es mi hotel de referencia en braga,pero el personal es escelente, tuvieron un detalle muy especial con mi padre qué cumplía 90 años,con una sorpresa en el desayuno qué nos emocionó muchísimo.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço excelente digno de 5 estrelas.
Quarto impecável com todas as comodidades e super moderno.

Cons:

O acesso ao parque de estacionamento exterior não está de acordo com o nível do hotel. Não existir uma luz acesa que seja no mesmo ou mesmo na estrada de acesso é incompreensível.
