Falta de lugar para estacionar o carro, tendo que estacionar no mc donalds do outro lado da estrada e ter de vir a pé

Da falta de atenção da funciona da recepção que não prestou atenção do que eu havia lhe dito, e isso me deixou muito irritada, pois eu pedi uma surpresa romântica para o aniversário do meu noivo e eles me responderam pelo site a mensagem e cheguei lá falei e perguntei a recepcionista e ela fingiu entendeu e disse que estava tudo ok, cheguei ao quarto e não tinha nada, isso foi falta de respeito com o cliente, fui reclamar depois e a outra pessoa que estava la respondeu apenas que não podia fazer nada 👎🏻 enfim
Dans l’ensemble, je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour au Meliá Braga. L’hôtel est moderne, élégant et très bien décoré. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée et agréable.
Le personnel a également été très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est également de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix de produits.
Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’espace spa. La piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi me semblent un peu petits au regard du nombre de clients présents dans l’hôtel. Il serait également appréciable qu’il y ait davantage de contrôle ou de sensibilisation concernant l’utilisation du jacuzzi. Lors de mon séjour, deux personnes l’ont occupé pendant une trentaine de minutes, ce qui n’a pas permis aux autres clients d’en profiter. C’est dommage, car cela peut nuire à l’expérience globale.

Quarto 410: casa de banho, a zona do banho estava entupido e a água saiu toda para a casa de banho.
Tivemos de colocar as toalhas que tínhamos para conseguir limpar a água.

The hotel lobby was nice and the pool was decent. We had a large spacious bed with a decent view in our room.
The hotel needs to upgrade the shower and toilet facilities. There is only one shower panel across both, so if you’re using the shower the toilet is open which we found weird. It also did not provide sufficient water stoppage, therefore water would go into the toilet and on the floor.
The cleanliness of our room could have been better. The sink and other areas were not cleaned properly when we would return to our room; minor stains on the bedsheets.
The service from the staff wasn’t great either. I would rate it the lowest. Never have I been to a 5 star hotel where I’ve asked for a mocha with oat milk or even just coffee with oat milk at breakfast and was told that the staff do not provide this, it is all self service. Most of the staff also were not welcoming with stiff faces, which again is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Drinks and food at the poolside bar also took a very long time. There was nobody who came to service you, no QR codes by the sunbed to make your order, you have to get up and go to order what you want at the bar which was also always understaffed and had 1 person servicing everybody. Therefore, it took such a long time to receive your order, even just your drink, meanwhile it’s close to 40 degrees heat.
My partner and I had also booked a full body couples massage which was actually the worst part of our stay. The massage was terrible. Both masseuses just gently touched our skin and applied no pressure. I had asked my masseuse 5 times for more pressure. On the 5th time when she was meant to be massaging my feet, I felt was one hand on my foot with no effort, so I had raised myself to ask her for more pressure and saw that she was on her phone. Completely unacceptable!
The worst massage we’ve both had and felt that we both could have done a better job on each other.
Overall, there is significant room for improvement especially as many people come to stay for weddings.

SO TIVE UM PEQUENO CONTRATEMPO QUE QUANDO EU FIZ A RESERVA O MEU CHECK-IN ESTAVA PROGRAMADO PARA AS 12:00 HORAS MAS AO CHEGAR FUI NOTIFICADA DE QUE O QUARTO AINDA NAO ESTAVA DISPONVEL PORQUE ELE ESTAVA EM LOTAÇOES MAXIMAS, ENTAO FUI PASSEAR AO CENTRO DA CIDADE, VOLTEI AO 12.30 E ME DISSERAM QUE AINDA ESTAVA A PREPARAR E FUI INFORMADA QJUE PODERIA ACESSAR A AREA DA PISCINA PEGAR TOALHAS QUE ASSIM QUE O QUARTO ESTIVESSEM DISPONIVEL NOS AVISARIAM FIQUEI A ESPERA NA PARTE DA PISCINA, MAS NAO FUI AVISADA SE ESTAVA PRONTO OU NAO O MEU QUARTO. VOLTEI A RECEPÇAO AS 15:30 E AI ENTAO MEU QUARTO ESTAVA DISPONIVEL PEGUEI O CARTAO DE ACESSO E PRA MINHA SURPRESSA OS CARTOES NAO FUNCIONARAM VOLTEI A RECEPÇAO E PEDE NOVOS CARTOES FOI ME DADO E SO AS 16:00 HORAS COSEGUIR TEER ACESSO AO QUARTO.
