Desde a menina que estava em estágio na receção que era muito simpática e muito prestável

Good place to stay. Not far from the city center and a good option if you plan to go to Bom Jesus.
Pros:

The spa is good.
Also enjoyed the breakfast. Quite a good selection of stuff, they even had honeycombs.
Good room, but it lacked a proper desk to work with my laptop.

Cons:

If you need to use your computer you will need a larger desk.

El lobby y la piscina exterior son muy bonitos y espaciosos. La habitación es amplia y funcional. El desayuno, genial.

Cons:

Las instalaciones y servicios no parecen un 5 estrellas. En el baño de la habitación, el anclaje para el rollo de baño estaba roto, había unos tornillos sueltos. El spa resulta pequeño y ruidoso, el albornoz que me asignaron estaba roto por el hombro... Creo que hay que prestar algo más de atención a los detalles.

Hotel satisfatório. Muita gente e pouco espaço.
Pros:

Quarto confortável, banheira e pequeno almoço. Como era aniversário deixaram champanhe e um miminho no quarto.

Cons:

Piscina exterior pequena para a quantidade de pessoas. Não tivemos espreguiçadeira em nenhum dos 4 dias em que lá estivemos. Fazem aulas de hidroginástica na piscina que praticamente ocupam todo o espaço. É um hotel que tenta ser um resort mas que não tem área para isso. Obras na rua adjacente ao hotel fazem com que a ida para o centro de Braga se torne morosa (deveriam avisar que assim está no check in ou após a reserva).
Funcionária do SPA pouco prestável. Informa que só se pode utilizar uma toalha por dia, mesmo quando se utiliza a piscina exterior e interior no mesmo dia (sendo que esta é paga à parte para quartos standard). Hotel que no fundo é de quarto estrelas e não de 5
