The breakfast was truly a plus while the beds and rate were a negative.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The kitchenette in the room was quite handy. I appreciated the friendly greetings by the front desk employees.

Cons:

The queen bed was overly soft and the pullout was extremely hard/firm. The nightly rate was rather high.

Amazing comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had to cancel the first night due to rain storms. They refunded me the cost of the first night. We were past the cancellation date. Can’t say enough about how amazing this place was. Excellent breakfast too

Wedding Weekend!
Pros:

I chose this hotel for friends and family to stay for the weekend of our wedding ad it was the best experience. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Destonie was amazing in helping us set up a group rate for our guests, they even had welcome bags for everyone. On top of that, that had complimentary goodies set up in our bridal suite where we got ready wedding morning AND our honeymoon suite was above and beyond. I could not recommend this place more!

Great location, with the staff to match it.
Pros:

The location is can’t be beat. The staff was great and breakfast was okay but the waffle machine definitely saves it.

Cons:

Construction and lack of heads head about it. The room could have been vacuumed a bit better. Hot tub was extremely hot.

In truth, this review is for our stay in August, 2024, 14 months ago. I don't know if anything has changed. You can tell me.

Ownership changed around 2016. From what I saw, drastically downhill from there.

This place is disgusting.

There is no padding — no padding — under your room carpet, so you’re just walking on concrete floor.

No hard-wired ethernet internet connection, so its hotel wi-fi or your phone’s hotspot. So 2013.

Windows so dirty you’d think its an abandoned warehouse

Sticky, greasy desk we had to clean when we checked in.

Dryer-sheet soaked towels — formaldehyde, phthalates, and acetaldehyde covered in sweet scent for extra cancer

Sticky, encrusted pool-side tables — no one’s wiped them in a long time

All sugar and bread breakfast, the cheapest of the cheap. Soup-like oatmeal

Discolored Jacuzzi stucco that hasn’t been cleaned in years.

Room was dusty; we had to clean it when we checked in

We paid over $300/night during some of our stay. You’d think they’d be ashamed. Disgusting that people take your money for this.
