Lage und Hotel sind sehr schön, das Empfangspersonal sollte in Sachen Freundlichkeit bei den Kollegen vom Frühstück lern
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut. Es gab eine sehr gute Auswahl, hier konnte jeder etwas finden. Das Personal bei Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und nett, leider galt das nur für die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum. Da man mitten in der Stadt ist, war alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Ankunft am abgelegenen Parkplatz war keine gute Einstimmung auf den Urlaub, das Personal war sehr unfreundlich (im Gegensatz zu den Anreisenden ins das 5-Sterne-Hotel), es gab keine Erklärungen zum Parkplatz und Transport zum Hotel. Letztendlich wurde unser Gepäck ins Auto des Hotels geworfen und der Fahrer hatte kein Verständnis, dass ich nicht ohne meinen Mann losfahren wollte, der am anderen Ende des riesigen Parkplatzes einen Stellplatz für unser Auto suchte. Die Fahrt zum Hotel war sehr holprig. Leider ließ auch an der Rezeption das Personal die Freundlichkeit vermissen. Dies blieb auch die anderen Tage so. Bsp. abends beim Betreten des Hotels wurde ein freundlicher Gruß nicht erwidert, es wurde nicht mal vom Handy aufgeschaut.

das Frühstücksbuffet ist sagenhaft gut; der Shuttleservice zwischen Parkplatz und Hotel funktioniert ausgezeichnet, Fähre zur Insel mit Bademöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel - dort gibt es gratis Liegen und Badetücher;

Cons:

Kommunikation vom Hotel vor der Anreise - wir haben trotz Nachfrage keine Antwort erhalten, wie und wann der Shuttle fährt und ab wann wir parken dürfen, da wir sehr früh angereist sind.

Már voltunk a Valamar Rivera szállodában többször is, mert szeretjük dolgozókat, a helyet, az elhelyezkedését a szállodának, ezért fogunk még máskor is visszajönni!!!

Tökéletes választás!
Pros:

A szállásunk az óváros közepén helyezkedett el, a szoba szép, tiszta volt, éttermek és a kikötő is pár perc sétára. A reggeli választékos és finom volt, a személyzet kedves, mosolygós és segítőkész. A szigetre és a parkolóba való eljutás zölkenőmentes és nagyon jól megoldott. A felszereltség és a szolgáltatások messze felülmúlták az elvárasainkat. Amennyiben lehetőségünk engedi, biztisan visszatérünk.
