Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, propres, hôtel situé au coeur de la ville.

Cons:

Complexe hôtelier trop grand, impersonnel. Le dispositif de très grand parking éloigné de l' hôtel avec navette peut sembler " compliqué" quand on réserve pour une nuit seulement.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr toll.
Danke, dass wir am Abreisetag noch die Insel zum Baden und Relaxen nutzen durften.

Never again!
Cons:

Siamo stati ospitati nella dependance che è fronte mare. Al piano terra vi è un bar / ristorante con musica fino alle 2 del mattino. Dalla foto dell offerta la camera aveva accesso al giardino, mentre il giardino appartiene al bar . In breve € 250 in 2 in giugno mi sembra esagerato visto gli inconvenienti che abbiamo riscontrato; per di più la camera è molto piccola. Never again !

Pros:

Heel fijn verblijf op een prachtige locatie midden in Poreč. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en comfortabel en alles was zeer goed verzorgd. De transfers vanaf de parkeerplaats naar het appartement zijn inbegrepen en goed geregeld. Het zwembad en het strand zijn eenvoudig met het bootje te bereiken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een ontspannen sfeer. Zeker een aanrader!

Top Lage und Frühstück, leider mit Schwächen beim Service und der Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – zentral und ideal, um Poreč zu erkunden. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter beim Gepäckservice.

Cons:

Leider waren wir vom Empfang an der Rezeption enttäuscht. Besonders eine Mitarbeiterin wirkte sehr schroff und wenig freundlich, sodass man sich teilweise eher wie ein ungebetener Gast fühlte. Eine positive Ausnahme war Marija beim Check-out, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Außerdem wurde uns bei der Ankunft nicht erklärt, welche Bereiche und Angebote des Island Resorts wir nutzen dürfen. Auch auf Nachfrage erhielten wir nur sehr knappe, teilweise sogar falsche Informationen. Zusätzlich war im Bereich der Duschkabine Schimmel vorhanden.
