Pros:

Top Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne große gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Wunderschöner Frühstücksraum und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist für einen Kurzurlaub wegen der guten Lage geeignet, aber mit Abstrichen beim Komfort.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war groß und schön.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Auf unsere Bitte nach einem Topper wurde bei der Rezeption nicht reagiert, es wurde uns keine Verbesserung angeboten.
Das Zimmer war straßenseitig und daher sehr laut, es war daher nicht möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Die Fenster haben den Lärm zwar gut abgedichtet, da die Klimaanlage aber nicht auf eine bestimmte Temperatur eingestellt werden konnte, war es sehr kalt im Zimmer.
Das Personal bei der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war unfreundlich und unaufmerksam.Obwohl viele Mitarbeiter da waren, wurde weder Geschirr abgeräumt noch Kaffee oder Prosecco angeboten.
