From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and continued until we left. We felt very pampered from the generous room upgrade, delicious included breakfast and kind service throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a centrally located spot. We enjoyed the walk to Fira each day to find cute bakeries, artsy shops and delicious restaurants.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff accommodating your needs. All day food menu. Great breakfasts in a nice outdoor area. It's also in the center of Caldera so close to everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was closer to a 2 star N. American hotel. View is awesome, staff mostly friendly. Room was a major disappointment, outdated, stunk of chlorine, muggy from indoor hot tub, and basically felt like a Motel 6. Basic tourist trap like so many of the businesses on Santorini Island. Grossly overpriced.

Beautiful and unique hotel with great hospitality. The restaurant is excellent. We loved breakfast. Our room was super cool and comfortable. A lot of things to do nearby and within a reasonable walking distance. The views are spectacular.

Pros:

I had booked the vanilla room with private jacuzzi and sun deck. This was misleading. We had an individual jacuzzi right next to two others. There was no privacy.

Wow ! The location is amazing, 15 minutes by walk to Fira. The staff were really professional and gentle. The view from the little quiet pool was magnificent with the sunset every night.

Pleasant hotel, beautiful views /scenery, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff helpful and attentive. Housekeeping was a bit lax and there is no turn down service. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so be aware if you rent a car. However that’s the same for most of the island!
