Honest review of Olympus Palace, Salou
Pros:

I can honestly say that this hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Salou with spacious, clean rooms, fantastic, helpful, very friendly staff and good food. I have allergies and the chef ensured my safety with certain foods and provided gluten free breads, cakes, pastries and crackers for me.
The hotel is in the heart of Salou and very atmospheric especially at nighttime. I travelled with my teen and felt very safe.
I wish that I’d booked for two weeks but we will definitely be back again soon.
There’s a pizza restaurant straight across the road that does take away pizzas and today we tried the gluten free one, it was delicious so I recommend going sometime. There are no Uber taxis here and the local taxis are more expensive than other parts of Spain, I’d say twice as expensive but the bus is a very cheap way to get about.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones reformadas íntegramente, cocina riquísima
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Se nota que el hotel está reformado completamente y marca la diferencia. Habitaciones cómodas y baños amplios. Buena limpieza y personal muy amable. Terraza superior muy agradable.
A destacar especialmente sin duda el buffet: comida exquisita, gran variedad de alimentos a elegir tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y también en las cenas. Mis dieces especialmente al chef Jose Bueno, debido a mis intolerancias su atención ha sido buenísima.

Cons:

En hora punta los 2 ascensores quedan algo escasos, faltaría alguno más.
En el baño vendría bien alguna balda o armario de almacenaje.
En la habitación hace falta algo más de almacenaje que no sea colgador.
Como área de mejora para el restaurante: más variedad de infusiones, alguna bebida vegetal que no sea ni soja ni avena (por ejemplo almendra o coco), más opciones de primeros y segundos platos sin lactosa, recoger en documento tipo carta todas opciones que se ofrecen sin gluten, sin lactosa etc. para poder visualizarlos todos a la vez.

Vlakbij portavontura en vlakbij het strand. Uitstekend ontbijt en diner en zeer proper in vergelijking met andere (vaak duurdere) hotels uit de buurt. Een aanrader!

Fantastic couple stay
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights as it was cheaper to come to salou than a weekend away in ireland. A fabulous hotel right in the centre of Salou, 5 minute stroll from the centre, room was spotless and modern, perfect for a couple, hotel is stunning, pool and summit pool are fantastic, we were room only so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was packed both nights we were here for buffet all inclusive and at lunch, bar service was amazing, lovely staff and very friendly. Only downside was no kettle and coffee and tea facilities in the room we had, so if you want your morning coffee without going downstairs to the buffet you can go to the supermarket across the road and get a cold take away and keep them in the fridge in the room. Overall fantastic stay and will be returning again without question.
