One of the best hotels i ever stayed in and my wife concurs
Pros:

all staff were excellent and hard working. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. breakfast was excellent and varied. location was near beach and bustransport and taxis.

Le personnel accueillant surtout au bar et en salle à manger, petit déjeuner exquis, le complexe sur le toit impressionnant

Cons:

L'amabilité du personnel de chambre ne m'a pas satisfaite, les placards trop hauts, les portes manteaux et serviettes trop hauts, je suis petite.

El tema ascensores: escasos para el volumen de huéspedes, y muy lentos. El tema "media pensión": es la primera vez que me encuentro que se ha de pagar el agua en un régimen de media pensión. Otro tipo de bebidas lo entiendo, pero el agua me parece que no es de recibo.

Pros:

La atencion del personal fue excelente, siempre atendiendo a cualquier peticion. El buffet del desayuno fue excelente. Hay mucha variedad y la calidad de la comida es bastante buena, en especial los croasanes el zumo de naranja natural y tener huevos fritos y tortillas al gusto recien hechos.

Cons:

La habitacion para 3 queda un poco estrecha al tener una cama mas.
