Pros:

Je suis venue une première fois il y a trois ans, et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette année, je suis revenue pour un séjour de 9 jours et 8 nuits. Globalement, tout s’est très bien passé. (Merci à Miguel et aux cuisiniers des buffets pour leur bonne humeur et leur serviabilité).

Cons:

Concernant le buffet, nous trouvions que les desserts proposés étaient assez industriels et peu savoureux. Heureusement, il y avait des alternatives comme des yaourts, des glaces ou des fruits.
Malheureusement, notre dernière expérience au Summit a un peu terni la fin du séjour. Le temps d’attente annoncé pour les plats était de 15 minutes, mais nous avons finalement attendu environ 45 minutes. Mon plat a été oublié, donc mon compagnon a dû manger seul. Mon assiette est arrivée 15 minutes plus tard, après une heure, et j’ai mangé seule à mon tour. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu partager ce dernier repas ensemble.
Ce n’est pas un problème de prise de commande : le serveur avait bien tout noté et transmis en cuisine (j’ai vu le ticket quand je suis allée devant l’emplacement cuisine). Le souci semble venir de la cuisine : les personnes présentes ce jour-là étaient peu avenantes et semblaient complètement désintéressés. À mes questions, elles m’ont renvoyée vers le jeune étudiant en salle — qui, lui , était très poli, souriant et professionnel. C’est d’ailleurs cet étudiant qui est venu s’excuser à deux reprises, et nous a offert une boisson pour compenser. En revanche, la personne en cuisine qui aurait dû assumer l’erreur n’a à aucun moment daigné s’excuser, et a même évité notre regard. Nous trouvons cela dommage pour une dernière journée… alors que tout s’était bien passé et qu’il y a 3 ans, quand j’étais venue, je mangeais au Summit tous les jours et je n’avais eu aucun problème, que de bons souvenirs.

Perfecto y buen ubicado
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno el hotel en general perfecto todo excelente la habitación solo un poco justa de tamaño en resumidas cuentas lo recomiendo totalmente pienso volver
