The restaurant and hotel were very nice and the manager was super helpful when we needed to use a steriliser to clean the baby’s bottles.
Despite the heating not being on and the window open? The room was absolutely roasting, our thermometer said 24°. Would dread to think what it’s like in the summer.
very impressive hotel right on the top of the headland with the might ocean, some way off from the town centre, first time for a long time a pool was on site, which i did have a splash in on the 2nd night there, i did stay a 2nd nit as i was exhausted after the walk on the first evening, double bed too which i was pleasantly surprised but much needed
all good, could of had a shop nearby but thats no fault of the well located hotel
Games room table tennis and pool
Unfortunately the gym was closed
Great reception staff nothing was a trouble superb indoor pool lovely stay xx
Wonderful stay nothing negative to say
Accepted dogs.
Fantastic views of Fistral beach and the headland hotel opposite.
Indoor pool.
English breakfast at £13.
Paying £10 a day to park when booking via booking.com. Its included with the price if booking direct with the hotel but the website prices were expensive.
Free parking on the next side road above hotel between October and March but wasn't mentioned by the staff.
Also, could hear a lot of noise from the guests upstairs.
Indoor heated swimming pool and sea views from bedroom window.
Just a one night stay needed this time, although I have stayed before.
Very friendly and helpful greeting on arrival and staff helpful throughout.
Pleasant room, warm, view, comfy bedding and towels.
Only bar menu available for evening but it is January and only a few guests so is to be expected. Meal good quality and hot.
Breakfast is usual buffet with main served to order. This was hot and each item very tasty, and a nice poached egg too.
I will be back definitely and it was said maybe best to always book direct as the hotel offers a car park charge saving if you do.
Special shout out to Elizabeth the manager who appeared to be doing everything! and was extremely helpful.
Location
The room was more like student accommodation, bedding looked very tired and the ensuit was tiny and looked like it had been done by the worst DIY person, I have never seen so much silicone!!
