All good, especially the sea view!
No issues. It was great to spend an overnight there.
It was comfortable and excellent value for money , great staff .
The staff are amazing , at busy times they needed more .
The food was good
The swimming pool area and changing facilities need updating
Friendly and relaxed
Our room was so hot we struggled to s sleep even with the window open and a fan operating. Also it’s £10 to park but the space isn’t reserved so not guaranteed.
Hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing
Bathroom let's the room down
friendly staff, nice location
Staff were all super friendly and helpful, couldn’t do more.
Food was good.
Great location.
Would have loved to try more facilities .
The pool was broken - I know this can’t be helped but it was disappointing.
Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Pentire Hotel at Newquay, having enjoyed a lovely comfortable room with views of Fistral Beach and up the coast to Trevose Lighthouse! The food was excellent with great choices and with very pleasant and helpful staff throughout our stay! We shall hope to return in due course! Thank you to you all!
Great value for money. Good breakfast and helpful staff
Bit out of Newquay but there is a bus service and not too far a walk
Another trip to the Pentire Hotel and yet another fabulous stay! This Hotel is the friendliest best value Hotel we have ever stayed in. The Staff cannot do enough for you and The Bistro is an amazing restaurant. We love it so much that we have booked our Daughter's wedding there in 2027. We are just about to book another break there using their special offers including dining vouchers. Thank you Lisa and team for always delivering excellent Customer service!
Location is excellent, staff were excellent, very polite and helpful, food was very good
This is a nice hotel, but it looks quite tired, in need of a decent revamp, needs some money spending on it.
Rooms are tired and need refreshing and the bathroom had no heated towelrail so towels remained wet as they were not changed durring your stay. If wanting a dry towel then you had to go and ask for one. I was not aware when I booked that they do not have a daily room service and that you have to make your own bed and clean your own coffe cups etc. On arrival I was told the restaurant was not open but food was available in the bar area. I decided to eat out that evening, but when I returned the dinning room was full/reserved for their coach party. When I queried this, I was told that if I wanted to eat in the restaurant I could reserve a table, but there was a minimum table price of £28
I would not stay again
