Lovely staff.

The Warm Welcome I received, The Breakfast was outstanding, The room was perfect just for 1 person - it was just a nice place to unwind and re charge 😎 All the staff were lovely 😊 and the swimming pool was lovely 👌

Pros:

The location is brilliant. The staff on reception and in the bistro are friendly and helpful
Bistro meals are good and well priced. Bar is quite well stocked.
Dog friendly in some bedrooms, the bar and the bistro.

Cons:

Standard double dog friendly rooms are small. At times the hotel was cold.

Pros:

The room was a good size, I had paid for larger room with sea view

Cons:

There was no heating in the bedroom, the bathroom did not have heating or a heated towel rail and the whole hotel felt chilly. I witnessed others feeling for heat from the radiators.

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein paar Modernisierungen. Die Fenster leider alle sehr schmutzig, das trübt den schönen Meerblick etwas. Die Außenanlage konnte man auch Meter gestalten

Filled in the pre-arrival on-line form. Was met by friendly staff who clearly relayed all necessary info. The room was clean with a fantastic view, the bed was comfy for me and the bathroom clean and tidy. We had an evening meal that was very acceptable for the price . Breakfast is in two halves, free choice over fruit cereals, toast, pastries, breads, meats & cheese.
Cooked breakfast is ordered at table.

Cons:

One or two small areas on the stairways need updating.

Although we are at the beginning of the season, the room was very tired looking, The photos in the advert are a lot better.
My wife didn't use the indoor pool as people who were playing pool next door could see through the glass.
Staff didn't seem very happy in their work.
Food in the bistro was somewhat disappointing.

We booked a room with a sea view and it was a beautiful view. The staff were ultra-friendly and helpful. The swimming pool there was also excellent.

Cons:

Only issue was the temperature of the shower, it would randomly change from hot to cold.

The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The tiles beside the toilet to the right wasn't tilled to the bottom, the outside elements were visible. That and beside the sink, same issue. The window beside the bed let wind in (even though fully closed), it blew and moved the curtains. The curtains were see through in places due to been worn. Heating didn't work, we were given a heater. Upon checking out, it been a dog friendly hotel a dog urinated against the reception desk, the owner allowed it and never notified the receptionist. I did as the family left but the receptionist didn't budge or anything, it was like it was acceptable. I wonder how the dog friendly rooms smell!!
