Lovely
Pros:

Loved the lovely staff, the pool and the games tables they had. Great view of fistral from our room and comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really, being picky now but was quite far into Pentire, so taxi's were necessary unless you're ok with a half hour walk in (,which would have been fine if not for the heat).

Pros:

I loved the location location location.
It was perfect for what we wanted.

Cons:

The £10 per day on site parking.
Unfortunately I didn't book direct with the hotel.
(I booked via Booking.com)to take advantage of their free parking.
Managed to find a few on street parking spaces but it was a bit of a chore at times.
Just note: spaces are on a first come basis.
This was clearly stated when my booking confirmation was received.

Otherwise it was perfect.
Breakfast was good and staff very present and helpful.

Coast path walk.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Kippers for me. 😀. We stayed in a budget room, but it was excellent. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
