Pros:

Beautiful place..if you have room with sea view you wake up and view is amazing.. perfect location..staff is really helpful really nice people..my second stay and definitely come back..

Good value, popular hotel for a weekend break
Pros:

Lovely view of Fistral Beach from bedroom window. Nice to have a little upgrade, too, on arrival. The staff are really helpful and pleasant at this hotel. They can't do enough for you, including Maintenance. Bar coffee is very nice and the breakfast service was well-organised - quite a lot better than other hotels I have stayed at. I didn't realise until quite late in my stay how much parking space is available around the hotel!

Cons:

Hotel could do with a slope on one side of stairs up to main doors for those guests who could do with some suitcase assistance. Walk up and down to beach fairly steep.

OK,, but nothing special.
Pros:

Food, well cooked and served hot.Room was clean & adequate. Breakfast was tasty & freshly cooked. Receptionist was pleasent.

Cons:

Too long to get seved for dinner, plates left for age's on table once finished eating, moved them myself to empty table.
Dogs sitting on furniture occupied by guests later. Bar service sporadic, customers waiting a while before being served.

I’d stay again, lovely food and staff.
Pros:

Nice to have a pool that opens late

Cons:

Water coming into our room from upstairs, soaking wet carpet. Electrical items got wet on bedside table which I removed and dried off.
Room was boiling hot, which was good as dried the walls quickly making it difficult for maintenance to find the problem I’d imagine.

Food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was small and smelt of mold. Bathroom not great, no shelf in shower to put shampoo etc. Shower doors not sealing so floor wet every time shower was used. Also no fridge in room which was annoying.
