Great venue
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great view of fistral beech from third floor. Clean and comfortable room. Plenty of parking during our stay. Good pool.. friendly staff.

Cons:

Cant think of anything that was important. Bit of queue for the one lift.

Friendly, clean and great value
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and food was good. Great location just out of town but on the coast with great views. In door pool was great.

Cons:

Hotel is very clean but obviously a little tired, but was great for our stay.

Staff were helpful and a bus stop. right outside the hotel to go into Newquay

Clean friendly place but dated.
Pros:

The size of the room and how ckean it was i liked .

Cons:

The view from our room not good at all. Said it would be sea view no privacy through windows on looked through all windows. Music noise coming into the room in the evening but reception did deal wity my complaint straight away . Room.location not very good and abit dated.

Felt a bit like they were trying to cut corners and the room wasn’t cheap for one night so would have expected better
Pros:

The adjoining family room was nice and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The extra £10 charge for the car park, room was hot and could not open the window and the breakfast wasn’t great - stale pastries and watery porridge and bad coffee
