Llama a En dos veces que hago reservaciones a ese Hotel y sólo para llegar y me digan que ya no hay cuartos ya van dos veces

Llegue al hotel. Habían sobrevendido. Vine a media noche. Me pidieron que me fuera porque no había habitaciones. Y me he quedado acá, porque no he tenido a donde ir. El hotel culpa a la aplicación de sobre vender y yo los culpo a Uds. que a pesar que Rafael me atendió súper bien. No tienen propuestas a soluciones eficientes. Me he quedado más de 1 hora esperando y sigo acá sin saber a donde ir a dormir. Porque ya paso la media noche y no puedo reservar con fecha anterior. No hay solución y menos responsabilidad de parte de Uds

Nice, clean rooms. Nothing to fancy but comfortable rooms.
The front desk staff is the gem of the hotel, specifically Andrea, patient, helpful and resourceful. Very satisfying overall.

We love it!

Limited service. They provide a decent breakfast, but that’s it. As a boutique hotel, they are well within walking distance of a mall and restaurants nearby.

Ac was not working had to be moved to a very small room, tv was small for the room mounted high on the wall very disappointed

The room I stayed was amazing. Beautiful, big and nice. But several things weren't working there: the lock of the door, the bathtub, the windows wouldn't lock, the TV was too old, etc.

Nice property with central location to downtown San Pedro Sula. Staff is bi-lingual, super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

Big clean rooms, ac, nice location

The hotel was fine, clean room, spacious. Small pool, but nice second floor outdoor balcony that was nice.
Room had walk-in closet and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was alright and they cook some local fare to order. The only complaint was that I did not speak the language well, and as a result was charged $50.00 USD over the Hotels.com reservation.

This a really nice place,secured, quiet, I will come back for it.

In a safe neighborhood and great security. You couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel for safety reasons.

I travel to San Pedro Sula for business every month. I used to stay at the Intercontinental, a great hotel. My company will pay for either but I prefer the quiet of this boutique hotel. The beds are great with feather down pillows, great light down comforter and comfortable bed. The rooms are clean and have a nice decor. It is not the same as a high priced hotel but that is part of what I love. There is no bar but there is a nice sitting area on the second floor. It includes a typical breakfast, which is ok. The staff is very nice and treat me like a welcome guest. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

I picked La Casa de los Arcos through an online booking agency and did not know what kind of hotel it would be. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable!

The hotel was easy to find and was close to several malls and restaurants that were in walking distances.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to spend the night in comfort and security

I booked this hotel based on positive reviews from other Hotels.com customers and was pleased to find that the location lived up to the positive comments. Rooms are large and have comfortable bedding. Breakfast was included and had options from scrambled eggs to typical Honduran fare. I didn't get to enjoy the surrounding shopping mall or area, since my stay was short and filled with work meetings, but everything looked very safe. Will stay again.

Very accommodating staff. Decent, cooked to order breakfast plus fruit and cereals and juice on Buffet. I enjoyed my stay.

For the most part it was a good experience to stay at La Casa De Los Arcos, friendly helpful staff, made to order breakfast including fresh fruit and juice and coffee.

However the bathroom was sparsely supplied, faucet hardware for the tube was broken, but the most disheartening was the fact that the sheets were not changed during our stay. (dahowever they were clean when we arrived)

Overall, considering the other options, I would stay again at this location, but would make my concerns known to the staff.
